REALLY!?!? you mean there is a MEET THIS SATURDAY at 9:00a.m.?
Wreckless, long time no see. see you Saturday!
Keno is for old people.... does that make Cesar and Keith old?
I could see it being kinda fun if it were a back round thing with a bunch of people just kickin it talking and drinking.
Lesper, how you liking the new springs? how does it look. sorry I wasnt much help last night. I was/am hurting pretty good, and had a lot of work that needed to get done. at least the bathroom is done now. Thanks Michelle, she did 95% of the work.
Vipers, any word?

Cesar i dont mind being old if you make me win at Keno, take me ... take me!! (breathlessly) If i won that much every few times i would have my volks ordered before the end of the year. OK so the springs, i cant feel too much different, at times it feels stiffer/rugged. But i will give it a few days. Thanks for letting us use your tools, it was no problem that you were inside most the time you came out when it counts (wink, wink). My legs sure do feel tired from all that work as my fingers. Thanks again and thanks to my helpers! (keith/erica).

Lesper: You thinking of putting your amps in there?

just fyi, i took my car in this morning... Alhambra Mazda told me they've been doing 3 RX-8's per day the past week or so since the recall became official. the process takes about half a day, but is going smoothly w/ the inspections they've done thus far. so, i don't think the sky is falling people have anything to worry about.

I think Jesse is right there with the 2900, but I am going to guess 2,794
my FC was 2,632 (or was it 2,832... crap I forgot) in street trim. 2,200 race ready.

Close but no cigar. According to Mazda, my car (1994 base model, no options) should weigh 2789 bone stock. I'll give you a hint: it's under 2900 with me in the driver's seat, and over 3000 with a passenger. 50/50 weight distribution when loaded, but 51f/49r when empty.

AHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T GO TO THE MEET!!! I took my car to the service deparment for the recall. I also told them that my clutch pedal feels loose. They checked it out, and they said its the slave cylinder. The part won't be in till monday, and that they will have the car ready by teusday. This sucks, I really wanted to go. I have'nt been to the meet in months.

2823 with you in it.... although I am more interested in the weight without you in it.
Well, they said the recall would only take one day, its the deal with the clutch pedal thing. They already finished the recall. I asked them if I could take it home and bring it back monday and they said no, and that the car is now unsafe. The mechanic drove it and said the pedal is going to the floor, and is not comming back up. Which is strange because I'v never had that happen. But whatever I guess.

I also weighed the car empty, with and without the spare tire.
