Hoss -05's build thread
Mike...re: your red R3.
I also just sent you (to your email address) a PDF which I think you should perhaps get done first.
Performed by a capable Mazda MMDS/IDS operator.
The PDF is issued by MNAO and is for PCM Recovery.
These operator steps are not what the IDS tells them, they MUST perform the steps as written in
PCM Recovery PDF (those steps between the IDS screen shots).
As I recall Denny said the Dealer thought the PCM was in need of replacement, well I would do this PCM Recovery first, and see what the results are.....
....if necessary then do the Network Test, on all other main modules.

The Re-man was running well when I pulled it has about 10k on it and good maintenance history. It also affords me the opportunity to to do a proper engine build on my terms and get the tuning stuff down a bit more.
Dang Hoss---sorry for all the headaches ole buddy. At least you have some good support around ya.
Yall have Steve Kan locally so hit him up man. He can be a big help with tuning.
Kane isnt local is he? He is good too, but being local has its advantages.

As the Kiwis are posting.... I've just read the build thread, really impressive and nice to see the support you've had. It's times like this I wish I was a bit more tech savvy but hey, at least I get to drive one even if the working on it bit is a bit **** at my end. Well done and thanks for the inspiration!

Sure am. Already have the side skirts on. They were a pain in the butt to take off.
