hmm I always thought the seal was on the rubber doughnut on the injector itself and not the plastic tip part. I ended up ordering a second set of 1000cc five O motorsports injectors and four OEM new doughnuts. So stock reds in primary and the 1000cc units in the other four spots.

yes it seals on the rubber donut which is a tight fit on the plastic cap .... Try the donut on an injector with the plastic cap vs your uncapped ones and you will see what I mean.

Terrable. I it turns out I had uncapped blues that I thought were stock and it threw my numbers way way off.

Yomom I don't know if it will help but you can download the Adaptronic WARI software for free and check it out. At least it used to be available for download....

You should check out the newest software release. Eugene – Adaptronic Engine Management Software - Developement Questions/Concerns

You can change staging but i think it treats the p2 and secondaries as one stage. I forgot you cant really look into the software unless you have an ECU to connect to.

I thought you could if you have one of the .ecu files? That's how I did it anyway, but I haven't really gone deep so maybe I'm mistaken.

So, for about a week i have been having an issue with tuning. I cannot get the auto-tune or the AFR correct on the ECU/adaptronic. My innovate is reading much different than the factory sensors. I checked all exhaust connections and did the proper procedure for calibrating the innovate and all seems correct. I found this today and hope it's the source of my bad readings.

So the car was running well today after changing out the sensor. It gets into boost quick and has zero issues making 13 PSI with the quickness. I still have some transient response issues and of course the fuel is off.

I also need to set up my wastegate mac valve proper. It's wired in and hooked up just not functioning so the big 50mm synchronic wastegate is banging off the spring.

Surprisingly even with the carbon clutch and lightweight flywheel it comes off throttle and idles just fine. 9K is coming over tomorrow and maybe we can grab some video for you guys.

Hoss, what brand of injectors are you using? If they're EV14s could you post up the dead time (latency) table that you're using? I have some figures for a set but they only provide voltages at 45 psid, which doesn't show the full story.

They are the EV14's. he has the spec sheet that came with them so he should be able to provide you with that data, I'll tell him to log on.
