I couldn't figure out why my wallet was itching, but then I checked out the Axial Flow Supercharger Thread, and I know why.
Looks like we're getting closer to a real, working supercharger, with impressive gains.
For those who don't know, this is the same guy who makes the short shifter we all know and love.

it was taken behind the 210 freeway on the corner of San Sevane and what ever street is on the north side of the 210. It was taken on a rather wet night. There was a lot of dew in the air and the street lights picked it up. It may be wet tonight. Make sure you take you tripod.

Hiro wheel update
Erica has driven her car for two days now, on my autocross wheels, and has not been able to replicate the grinding problem.
I mounted the Hiro on my right front last night, mounting it with my Volk lugs. I drove for a half hour last night...and nothing. I left the rim mounted and drove to work this morning...again, no problem.
This is where Erica and I are with the rim and grinding issue. We are thinking that the rim was not mounted properly on her car...maybe that the lugs were not tightened evenly around the rim. The lugs are in really bad shape, are stripped in some spots, and are difficult to tighten completely. In fact, the dealership told us that there were only three lugs left on the right front tire. I checked the lugs when the problem first occured, and tightened them. I guess they were still not tightened properly...as they backed off in the 8 mile drive to the dealer.
So, we'll buy a new set of lugs and be extremely careful when mounting them on Erica's car.
At this point, problem seems to be resolved.

i swear i'm trying my hardest to find a new job, but everywhere i go to, either doesn't have an open position for what i'm looking for, don't have the pay i'm looking for, or are giving too many hours which would interfere with my school schedule.

ok everyone....... well, my poor hyundai is now gone
i was trying for 2 days to work a deal on a used rx8 at the mitsubishi dealership by my house.. but the lack of "proof of income" really made it impossible.... so i settled for a 2003 mazda protege5..... yes, its a wagon, but i have a history w/ these cars (well, my first NEW car was a 2001 mazda protege mp3)..... so im gonna put my white 17" motegi's (the wheels i used 2 have on my rx7) on the car....
oh, the car is like a cherry red..... came w/ a k&n cold air intake
that was a nice little suprise when i popped the hood
