I figured you'd chime in when I made that crack, but it's almost like your Mac Radar went off.
I'm really just jealous of your superior video/audio abilities. That's why I make fun of Mac's.

When you post a fullsize picture, it makes a thumbnail version that you see in the actual post.
The thumbnails are "SMALLER" versions of the fullsize picture.
They are perfect for avatars.
If you left-click the thumbnail, it's a link to the fullsize picture. It takes you to a new page, and shows the fullsize picture which would not work for an avatar.
However, if you right-click on the thumbnail, and "Save Picture As...", it saves the little thumbnail picture, which is what you need for your avatar.
Look at the post keith just did with the 3 pictures of your car.
Right-click the 1st one, and select "Save Picture As...".
It pic is called Lesper6.jpg, and it's less than 3kb in size, and 100x75 pixels.
Perfect for an avatar.

That took to long to type... I see you've figured it out. Looks good.

<lol> well, it'll be interesting to see in time whether the mac is a viable hardware platform for running windows as well. but, yah- the single button apple mice are pretty useless...
