Hey guys: the quickest way to get from SB or Ontario to Irvine is to take the 91 to the toll roads (241 and 133). This will save us about 15-25 minutes compared to going down the 55 and the 5, but I'm pretty sure the toll roads would add at least $5 to the cost of the drive. Either way is find by me, at 15mpg the extra distance costs me about $3-5 in fuel.

yeah the cloer the better like keith said last year they gave out cards to get a spot inside, i would like to do that again.

Cesar, what is your thought on leaving early. I recall you saying that there wasn't an advantage in getting their early. They are not handing out yellow cards, everyone will get parking at this event...some will get special parking if their car is deemed worthy upon pulling into the second parking lot. If we get there too early, we will be the first into the second parking lot....but this means we will be furthest away (back of the second parking lot) from the action. I say we keep our original time...and avoid the toll roads...even though it would be closer. We're in no rush....except for Jessie.
Jessie, you still going to cruise with us, or are you going earlier since you need to have your car down there at a specific time (7:00 was it)?

the only reason I thought earlyer is because last time we were they rather early but ew were WAY back in the line..... as long as we are there by 7:00 I'm good.

There is a giant parking lot across the street where EVERYONE has to go first.
I'll be working in that parking lot. From there, we'll send you guys to the SS location.
Then cars that get special parking will be selected when entering the SS location, and no, I don't get to pick.
I'll work an getting a layout of location and you guys can decide where you'd like to be parked.
That will show you why I said not to be first.
