wow, there is a huge difference in these bumpers. Thanks for posting Krazie. I also found two more pics from the "Calling all Mazdaspeed Kits" thread.

Look at how those pics you took, as well as these two others compare with the bumper I just put on mine. Am I the only one seeing the difference? Am I being ****, or is it as huge a difference as I am seeing.

SPICEBOY...if you are still alive, can you post some rear shots of your car, similar to the angle I have taken of mine.

keith, that rear bumper looks pretty clean . looks alot better on your car than it did on the website. Also, in the pix you can't really tell the difference in the two blacks, but i'm sure it's a different story in person.

another thing you need for your car and it's bling, is the OEM chrome fuel door . It makes the car really stand out IMO . And it'll be two of us in rotorlution that will have it now

spiceboy has the mazdaspeed rear end? what about the red and yellow you put up? are thos MS kits as well, or the same as yours. they look the same as yours, and the only difference i can see (but i may be wrong) is in the license plate frame is slightly different between yours and the red one. on the yellow one, it's hard to tell what the bottom part of the kit looks like.

Spice Boy, the yellow and red, all are true MS rear bumpers. Mine is not.

I'll try and take some pics in the daytime...it may shed more light on the issue.

try taking a pic directly behind your car, but further away from it just to get a better view of the overall rear.

i can see "tears.." the red, exhaust tanks under the rear not as mcuh as your but you should try taking the picture just like his to compare. Not too mention most of the other shots are almost at a stading angle where your from last night is a crouching

got two quotes for paint today.

First company 817.00
2nd company 628.00

Doesn't look like I will be painting this thing. Maybe just enjoy it for awhile and then sell it to someone else.

For that amount of money I could buy a new OEM bumper and a MS bumper..

alright....i see the differences now.

your bumber curves down further and shows the two mufflers, while the MS one hangs over the muffler and does not expose it like yours. see pic to what i mean.

Keith, I know Lazi has been hooking some other people up on small thinks like paint and body kit installs. I would shoot him a PM and see if he can help you out.

BTW, why'd you go with the replica and not the real MS? Everything else on your car is Authentic... was it that big of a difference in price?

What do you need painted? My nephew is a proffessional body painter.

Many of his cars end up at SEMA.

That's the first thing I noticed on that Blue Carbon Fiber kit from Carbon Creationswhen at the meet last Saturday.

The rear bumper exposes both mufflers. Not sure I like that, as it doesn't look clean.

To each there own beauty.

Nope, done the One-day Paint job before, I know how long they last....and I definately wouldn't want to chance the overspray on my rims. They don't take the time good paint shops take to do the work right, they just do the work fast.
