sorry bout the Thursday thing...didn't even realize it till now. Sorry to confuse you guys. But since I have your attention, make sure you set your clocks a head an hour on Saturday, daylight savings time and all. See you guys Saturday.

Sucks about the STU class running after lunch, and even worse, being the last work crew out on course. That makes for a long day if I want to come out and take pics of the BS class.

Speed, any updates on Wednesday yet. I was wondering if it would be worrth it to change my magnet yet, or if I should just wait till after Sunday to figure out what I should do. Maybe have to invest in another set of magnets...one for SD and one for Cal Club.

Here's a cool tidbit, Erica was talking to the auto shop teacher at her high school, and he has a friend who is in the Mazdaspeed division of R/D down in Irvine. Dont' know if/how this might pay off, but I may be able to get good pricing on those MS parts I was thinking about.

I'm wondering what you guys think about, or if you have know anyone who has, had things installed by high school ROP autoshop kids. Wondering if it would be worth it to have them install those MS parts, or if I could get some help from you guys to do it? I know Ulllose is the master of the swaybar swap....but I think I would need to rent a spring compessor to do the install of the spring/struts.

All you need is two race results with your car.... Then you can sign up for the Mazda racer program, you get all your Mazda parts right from mazda direct at a BIG discount. You need a spring compressor for the front springs only. Got mine from harbor frieght for like $15.00. I would not let kids work on my car.

Mazdausa.com list the MS spring at $305
Racer program $215

MS flywheel $620
Racer price $435

You get the idea. Also all stock parts, brake pads, oil filter, body kits, etc.

Are the MS parts listed on the site or do you have to call them? Maybe it's me, but the comp part search tool seems pretty flakey...

I get the MS part # off the M usa site then put the part number in my cart at mazda motorsports for a price. There are only a few things you have to call on.
