Im currently lowered on S-techs, looking for a flush appearance, no stretch BS or crazy camber.

17x9.75 5-114.3 [+25mm] with (??? unsure on tire size, something meaty)
or
18x8.75 5-114.3 [+33mm] with a 245/40/18?

Fender rolling I am ok with, shaving bumper tabs, stretching fenders etc I dont want to deal with. Prefer the look of a meatier tire, hence the 17" wheel option. Thoughts?

Stock suspension;
18 X 8.5 +45
The +45 worries me the most when searching this thread. dash my dreams or make me want them even more.

Weak setup and it won't look good IMO, but they should fit without issue.

A +32 or +35 would look a lot better with that width

Is there an article or thread where I can learn about how to figure out offsets. I would like a dished look and to be as flush as possible without fender rolling etc. I understand the tire sizes, but am not sure about the offsets on the rims. I have no issue reading up about it, but havent really been able to find a good informational anything about it.

I don't think either will look great with S techs. Decent, but not great.

wheel fitment quick answer please

I posted on the will it fit thread a few hours ago but still no response. I need a response quickly because someone wants to buy my wheels and they need to know if they'll fit his 8 or not before he leaves.

He's on stock suspension!

they're enkei rpf1's

fronts: 18x8.5 +30mm 245/40/18

rear 18x 9.5 +15mm 275/40/18

I tried searching couldnt find anything

I ran a 18x9.5 +22 on mine and it was ok ... I have Powertrix coilovers ... Good chance they will fit but not sure how they would look .. The 9.5 +15 on stock suspension is going to look a little weird lots of poke. Here is a photo of mine on 18x9.5 +22, 225/45 tire, Stock suspension
