9krpmrx8's Boost Build Thread
I know I went crazy for not being able to drive my car for 3 months, I highly doubt I'd have your patience during your build. Now when do we get to see the dyno graphs and some numbers?
Drove to Shell, filled her up with a full tank of 93 and went for a spin
I feel so much better, she ran better than ever even though I didn't go over 5k or so. AFR's looked great, a bit on the rich side but that is safe. I did a couple of data logs so here we go
Also, I may have set the coil overs a bit too low
Pics incoming.
Thanks again to all of those that helped

I'm just glad its drive-able again. AFR's did look good. The car was so smooth driving around last night. Once we get your suspension set up you will be good to hook man. Lets keep our fingers crossed that the tuning gos quick.
It just makes me that much more excited to get mine on.

Not yet man, I am going to tune with the stock waste gate pressure and then go from there. I still think I might start with a manual controller, I'm not sure because I really need to stop experimenting
Thanks guys, it felt so good to wash off that dust
I may have gone a tad bit too low with the coilovers
get low. get low, get low. Sorry for teh crappy cell phone pics.

No way I could move my car 3 inches lower.
No leaks at all (finger crossed).
Still no pictures of your current setup. Still no update on how many things went wrong in your build like you mentioned. Looking foward to hearing the final story bro. Be a part of the "Team"
Sarx build ftw
Sarx build ftw
on setting the suspension up--i know you know this--but just thought i would mention it--this chassis likes the oem rake.
I went with a zero toe setting one time and cupped a set of tires in 15K miles. It wasnt shocks or bushings that did it--it was the zero toe on my car.

I'm not quite done yet, I have a few gauges to button up and then I will update the first post.

Yeah Hoss-05 and I were talking about that last night actually. I am going to get soem measurements today and then add some rake back into the rear. the fronts appear to be perfect as they are the same height as Hoss's which was recommended by Fat Cat. But I'm going lower in the rear than Hoss just because I don't want a lot of gap in the rear. Then I will get her aligned.
