They have, it's called a 6Port Manual Transmission, that alone will increase your HP. Is it easy? absolutely not but someone here has done it.

Ahh. Yeah, just got it. Can't do anything about it as it stands.

She didn't use a legitimate e-mail (she used the Google-generated Shannon-ba4vt8u9se0@checkout.google.com that the instructions given when ordering specifically say NOT to use), so you don't get the password until you follow the directions.
That is why it said "NO LEGIT E-MAIL, NO CALIBRATION SERVICE" on the package.

 

I see. Is there something we can do to get the password? She is not very savvy and does not read Rx8club, so I am sure she didn't realize that a google-generated email was being used when she made the purchase. Is it okay if she emails you her actual email address in another email?

So, you aren't going to tune this dudes car at all because his wife didn't read the fine print...damn man that is harsh. There is no way to fix the email address and drive forward? I know the imporatnce of tracking data in an orderly military manner; but it seems to me that this there could be a process whereby this could be fixed, especially since there is a known technical "bug" by having google allow you to check out with the google checkout email.

 

I am sorry if I am a bit dense, but I just read the instructions (again) and it seems like if she provides you the email address later (like now), then she has literally done what is required to receive the password and the calibration. The fine print which is is provided under "shipping policy" after a bunch of standard disclaimer language is not likely to provide notice to people outside of Rx8club that, by clicking through the purchase page, they may not be doing what you require to get what they paid for.

If she sends you her email address via the google checkout feature now, does that solve the problem?
