Ok i'm going to post this and hopefully have not missed anything as i have not read the cobb and tune by mazdamaniac for a couple of months. So be gracious.
Cob AP - MAZ 001 v1.6.1.1-13820

Anyways, have been having issues with high rpm power loss when i have my cob ap installed with mazdamaniac base tune (MM 2005 MT NA BASE USDM v4_0_1.ptm) installed on my car. My car is a 2005 MT but i do have a cat back installed.
Any ideas why this would happen with MM base tuned installed opposed to stock unpaired cob? Is there an update of the MM base tune?

The base tune is just that...it is designed to give Jeff certain information to base a tune on. AFAIK it isn't supposed to be a tune you run in your car.

Are you involved in his tuning service? Just Gtalk him if you are and he will help you out

Alright...did'nt realize that. Thanks for your help.
I did buy my cobb with the tuning service, but that was like a year and a half ago, i believe my service has expired. I have a different 8 now and my old tunes were for that vehicle.
