Yours is minimal and I believe I remember you speaking about new barrels for the front to even things out.

Not impressed with either. This isn't the thread for that anyways.

Needs more low and why stagger when the same size usually fits all around.

They might fit but your ECU will hate you - so - don't do it .You must have tyres the same diameter fron and rear to keep ECU happy.
Unless you have a model that doesn't have DSC then .... go for it .

No they don't . If you have the DSC on/off button , then you have DSC.

It's less than ideal to have your car think you are on ice. Get proper fitting wheels/tires end of story

I had a nice, detailed post ready to go, and of course the site decided to log me out randomly as I submitted it. So, I'll keep this brief. I might get flamed for contemplating such an aggressive size, but due to a friend's mistake, I have the opportunity to buy his wheels for a steal. I have an '09 Sport, if it matters at all.

Front: 18x9.5 +40
Rear: 19x12 +59
Bolt Pattern: 5x4.75

I'll have to run adapters due to the bolt pattern, so bear in mind that's another 15-20mm. I plan to roll, shave and even potentially pull my fenders if needed, as I'd like to avoid getting flares at all costs. I'd also like to avoid ridiculous camber, but understand that a few degrees might be necessary.

I'm open to tire size recommendations as well. All four corners will have to be stretched, so the contact patch doesn't kill my stock engine. Plus, stretched tires will allow me to go nice and low, without having to worry as much about rubbing in daily driving, as opposed to a flush look. Naturally, coilovers would be installed.

Thanks!

Id say rolling your fenders would be needed, I run a 19x9.5 +40 all the way around on stock R3 suspension and I had to shave some of the plastic guard in the front because when I turned it rubbed. but mine are pretty flush with that size. Oh and I run a 255/45/19 Nitto Invo for my rubber.

Hello guys

Am thinking of installing new aftermarket rims the spec are:
XXR 531
F: 18x8.5 +20 or +35
R: 18x9.5 +20 or +35

will it fit and what offset should I install +20 or +35?

Thank you

18x9 +30m

Will these fit with 235/40 on stock suspension?

18x9 Rota G-Force - Hyper Black(5x114.3/e30/73)

Or will it look dumb until I got moar low?

I've spent like 30min searching, I give up.

Id say go with the same all the way around, do the 18x8.5 +20 and run a 235/40 or even a 245/40 would work I think. it would stick out 7mm more than my 9.5 +40 and its pretty flush on my car.

Thats my opinion.

Would these fit with no fender roll?
also i suck at tires badly.

Wheel Size: 18 x 8
BoltPattern: 5/108, 5/114.3
WheelOffset: 40 mm

here is my stupid question would 225/45/18 fit on those wheels?

also what are the stock wheel size for the rx8 are the ones im looking at bigger or smaller?

if those tires dont fit what size and spec would i need to fit on those rims
