Hi Guys,

I need a bit of help here. I've been reading every work rim thread possible and everyone is giving me different answers.

I have a 2004 rx-8 with stock suspension. I was just wondering what is the most agressive fitment possible without having to roll the fenders or buy a coilover?

Is 18x9.5 +38 possible for the front and rear? If so what size tires should I get?

I have 18 x 9.5 at +38 but you get a 4x4 look which you cant avoid but you can still lower it .

That combo will work
Its what I'm running

Tire size should be 265/35/18

Good Luck

^ Keep in mind that im running coilovers on my set up and the ride height is lower than it would be with the stock suspension set or lowering springs.

Of course there's more camber LOL
Negative camber is pretty much unavoidable the lower you go without camber kits etc etc...

But I know you knew that

Just saying because at stock height it would change how the wheels "fit." With my car lowered on MS springs, 9.5 +38 seemed ok but after putting the coilovers on it became "sunken." Camber does make a difference.
