and that is without the suspension really settling... I had the car on jacks for a few weeks without wheels which sucked.

Just got my wheels on the car!

These are Work Emotion 11r 18 x 9.5 +30 offset all around, 5mm spacers in the rear soon to be 8mm or 10mm.

What did you have to do to get the +30 to fit in the front because I'm considering doing the same for some CR KAI's?

Absolutely nothing, they are on with nothing changed. I currently has MS struts/springs. Sprint springs would make it tuck, you would need to run some camber if you were going to lower much.

So I'll be putting my orders for wheels in today and initially I was going to run a Stance Coilover system but really I don't feel like spending that kind of money (college student) and rarely get to track it maybe once or twice a year so I was wondering what lowering springs would bring it to an acceptable level I don't want it dumped i.e fenders over the tires but I want it to look good and be pretty flush all around.

Flush is offset... you mean lowered...

you can get springs to do that, just have to figure out how much you need to drop and get springs closest to that drop.
