Hows your turbo A/T going 09Factor, caught up to Phil yet?

Anyways engine has been balanced, rotors done with bearings.

Next week CnC port will hopefully be in, then its a waiting game with panel beaters and the ceramic seals.

As a update also, got a set of samco hoses in black, hopefully this will finally stop that damn annoying coolant bleeding out of lines issue, Goodridge Steel Brake Lines and PLX Wideband and Boost coming in.

We hopefully give me the proper boost readings -_-, cous if my prosports one is correct then i be blowing all you people outta the waters with my 25psi of boost at idle.

Well it put down 250 whp @ just under 8psi aound 6500rpm.
Just need a little more injector as fuel is maxed out at 8 psi with 2420cc's of availble fuel. so I haven't caught up to Phil yet, the potential is there to make 330hp + baller club.
That would take a Tq converter replacement, though.

that graph is just amazing of the rotational forces. now wonder bearing get eaten up on a sorta kinda balenced e-shaft.

All fab finally done, had a major change work over on the original kit, there were just too many crappy designed aspect of the kit that had to be addressed, a wobbling tensioner, bolts that didnt go in straight, hoses everywhere, Things only held on by couplers and overheating issues.

Just getting everything sent out for powder coating in black.

Things changed:

-Redid pipe work, full straight maf system with screens this time
-New Tensioner system
-Changed to 8 rib pulley, hard anodized this time, the KS crank pulley was already wearing due to just normal anodizing being worn out.
-Smaller SC pulley, earlier boost, higher boost, brought rpm down to match SC rpm limit.
-Relocated battery to washer bottle location using RE-Ameiya Kit
-Custom aluminium tray covering intake piping and OEM battery location (where SOHN bottle is now), allowed for brackets to be made to hold IC core, diverting fan heat
-Custom V mount W2A IC radiator, with full ducting
-Spliced MAF sensor wiring to redirect IAT sensor to after IC before throttle
- Relocated Ignition Coils to tray, away from engine heat, custom extension harness plus spark leads
-braided OMP lines, wrapped in velcron tape to prevent rubbing
-SOHN Adapter
-New Motor

These are just some photos i snapped here and there over the time of the build just tacked not yet wielded, will update with finished product.

It's always a bitch to redesign a kit that comes with parts that you kow won't hold up or not the best thought out design.
It looks really though out now and better becaue of that.

Yea, id say it is harder to redesign a kit then to create one from the beginning.

You become too "locked" to the original design parameters

I really like the intercooler placement -- or is that an oil cooler?

You better put a heat shield on that unless you intend to heat blast your slushbox goodbye

Figures are back, first round of tuning, not major finessing yet.

It got a 265 hp at rear wheels, dwell, timing and few minor variables need to be looked at.

Once we sort them out ill get a final dyno pull and post the dyno graph.

Looking good - can't wait to see the final dyno . Pity PT crapped out on you - would like to have seen what you could do with that as well .

Hey Guys

Managed to Hit 213 rwKW which = 283 rwhp. @ 8200rpm 10.7psi of boost.

But all the overdriving on the Supercharger is adverse effects with belt starting to slip and very high intake temps as the supercharger is over driven. Had to cancel that run, it couldve made more, but it was unlikely as the line already fell flat.

Also transmission has started slipping.

We Brought RPM limit back down to 7,250rpm, running about 8.5psi of boost and managed 192.3 rwkw which = 257.7rwhp.

Belt doesnt seem to slip, transmission is handling it ok and intake temps are much much lower.

Ill be sticking with a lower redline until we can iron out these few remaining bugs.
Going to see what we can do here locally with the auto transmission and maybe changing the tensioner setup.

Anyways ive attached the dyno of the lower boost run, as that is really where the car is at the moment, still have some finessing to go on the tune.

Wow you are giving Phil a run for top AT! Does 432.9 N.M = 319 ft/lbs?

First off, great numbers! And a nice linear boost curve.

What is the size of the oil cooler you are using for the rotrex? You may want to consider going larger capacity if you are exceeding redline as heat management for those units is crucial.
