I am not yet ready to give my "stamp of approval".
The device is exceptionally elegant and the software is so gorgeous I find myself just staring at it from time to time.
What it can do is frightening.
As soon as I feel it is safe to ship a "one-size-fits-all" tune for FI, I can start sending them out the door.
Trey said he has them ready to ship.

All this talk about "pawed-units" and "wood" resulting from visits to my house is disturbing.

Yeah, I'm no doctor, but after 4 hours, you should see a doctor.

Only the learning curve. I went from having about 12 maps to play with to 90 or more, some of which interact with each other in not so obvious ways.
I spent some time yesterday understanding (and manipulating) the transition from closed to open loop.

I make a "laundry list" every day.
However, at this point it is stuff that needs to be changed by Cobb in the software, rather than tuning techniques.

Pretty much. Maybe others as well, but his last message to me was "whenever you are ready, we can ship".

I already answered that. Yes, of course it does.

I think the reason some people are crapping out on the dyno is that they are passing some "magic line" in the MAX CalcLOAD table.
You would have to exceed the range of the MAF to do that, which is about 46 lbs of air.

I'll have S/C maps for the 6-port and 4-port, but the MAF and idle mechanical issues will have to be addressed first.
I'll have something to report on that in just a few weeks.
