right click on it and see if there is an option to unzip it
if not then hmm...i guess you can google "unzip" and download a program to unzip files with

Did some data logging with the EFIdude (stock tune) Pretty nifty tool. Yep, stock the renisis does run rich 11.3 at WOT. I loaded the base MMv1_0 map and STFT's were +4 so installed MM1_2a, STFT now at -1 and LTFT at -2. I guess this is good for now. I'll do a few drive cycles and data log on my drive home. Haven't gone WOT yet.

Ok so i just flashed to
MM 2005 MT NA v1_0.ptm
I drove it around for a little bit and my AFR fluctuated a lot
when on full throttle its 14.9 then drops to 12.1 then 11.1
can someone tell me what the ideal STFT needs to be at?
Mine is -0 and then 0 and then -2 and then -0 at idle

as has been said a million times already, stft only matters immediately after you flash. If your car can idle, then there is no problem.
the point of this was to give your car a map that has the trims already set so you don't need to wait several drive cycles for it to learn to idle properly.
the afr's sound normal. Still a bit rich for NA use at WOT, but the next level up for you guys is coming soon.

ok drove it around alittle more
just after driving it around my stft at idle was at -6 through -10 and after 5 seconds or so it dropped -1 and -0
my afr at full throttle in third gear was at 11.1 and 12.9 and 13.9 around those lines
my ltft was solit at -9
hows thet look? think i should stick with MM base map??

what do the afrs look like in 2nd gear at WOT above 5500 rpms?
different afrs are acceptable for different rpm ranges, you should post up in what rpm range you are getting your afrs at

With a LTFT of -10 you may want to go to "MM 2005c MT NA v1_5b.ptm" it subtracts 10%. This is what MM says
"If the STFT is a negative value, you will use one of the files that end in
"b". If it is a positive value, you will use a file that ends in "a".
the last number before the letter in the file name corresponds to the amount
of fuel trim you want to remove. here is the breakdown:
MM 2005c MT NA v1_0.ptm - start file, no trim
MM 2005c MT NA v1_1a.ptm - adds 2%
MM 2005c MT NA v1_2a.ptm - adds 4%
MM 2005c MT NA v1_3a.ptm - adds 6%
MM 2005c MT NA v1_4a.ptm - adds 8%

MM 2005c MT NA v1_4b.ptm - subtracts 8%

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

From what you said.... Your map is good to go.
Drive it for a few days. Then if you wish you can go to stage 2

See i thought that that only applied for the STFT
and not the LTFT since it doesnt mention anything about the LTFT
yea thats what im gonna do drive it for a couple of days.
thanks! you guys!
But where do i get stage 2 map? i dont recal having it with the maps that jeff sent me the only ones i have are the ones for the fuel trims and his start file trim map
