Ok guys.. I live in Wilmington. I am also in school for criminal justice sooo..
I will tell you that you can file a civil suit against Dom, it cost $25 to file the suit and once you go to court you can request that he pay the fee for that as well.
If someone would like to make a list for me of names, amount he owes, what each person purchased, address and phone numbers... I would be happy to take it to some friends of mine here at the PD and see where they can go with it from there. Im sure that everyone can be included in the same suit as long as everyone bands together on it... So, get it started and let me know!

^^ Pink flea, maybe you can start a new thread in this section of the forum so that only posts that relate to people getting screwed can post on there so that it is easy for you to transfer the data than go through a series of pages... also, people that dont check each new posts often can see just your thread and post what there were ripped off for...

Saw the pictures. Was it like this when you took it from Dom? Man WTF!!! If it was he promised me parts that imaginary. Should have called BS from the beginning. 100 from a struggling student like me with bills is a hard hit. If I was in NC oh man....

 

Dom is a Nissan fan.. I asked him what he did to the 8 and he said he didnt like it so he just wanted to part it out and stick to nissans but then he just got overwhelmed by it.

FYI... He has been posting as recent as ummm.. TODAY on the nissan forum.

 

The car is not hot... There is a lien on the title so you cant get a title on it... Apprently the admins checked it out before Gr3ddy picked it up from Dom.

 

Someone should find out what he wants for his nissan and post WTS adds for the stuff for him and get him to buy it. I know that it would be really f'd up, but it would be funny to see his reaction to the same thing.

This might be a way for the scammed here to get there money back. Register there under a different user name, Sell him something for the amount he owes you, and get your money back! Although, a lawsuit would be more fun!....and legal.
