I was expecting this but it really sucks. His PM box is full, phone not in service or going strait to voicemail, and no other means to get in touch with him without showing up at his front door. What a load of crap.

This is so much BS! private messages can't be sent because his is filled. Emails = no responses. Phone calls not answered. Now passing judgement, Dom you're a *ucking Douche! Refund me me money.

 

Has anyone had any luck with the phones?
I called the second number (Gary's) the other day and thought it was Dom's so I asked for Dom, the guy sounded confused and said it wasn't Dom's phone and then hung up. Since then I've tried calling half a dozen times and left voicemails.

Gary, for me at least, was the one the paypal payment was sent to.
His full name is Gary Hurley. He is equally to blame if not fully in my opinion because he is the one with the paypal account, anyone know his other phone #s or address?

if anyone talks to the police down there, it might be possible to give a list of those that would like to file the same complaints, if so let us know on here and we can all compile a list of names and contact info.

He owes me $200.00, I filed a complaint with the FBI already, next step is calling his local police, then I will call an attorney and file a civil suit for fraud and a small claims suit for the $200+ court costs. He should bbe penniless ad behind bars with his new husband soon enough.

 

There's quite a few of us, so I'm wondering if perhaps we can all band together? I'm sure the collective might of rx8club is a bit larger than that of any individual.
