i am trying to work that out... nothing is for sure except that i know he will be able to refund everyone once i pay and everyone will for sure know he is able to refund and i will for sure have the car and the parts... if he doesn't refund you then you can officially file a paypal strike for refund and get your money back and if you didn't pay paypal then you may be at a loss if (you and I) cant work a deal out... its not the best solution but its better than the current situation of no one getting money back and no one getting their parts, am i right?

Okie Greddy, maybe it is troublesome but can you ensure that Dom refunds the money back to us. Because, if he doesnt and we have to pay again to get the parts from you, I am sure most of us wont. It will be easier if we could get back our money and deals directly through you instead.

so what are you so impatient about for waiting till the end of the week is what i dont understand? yes, lots of people have asked about the status on the refunds and i told them that it will be made when i get the car... everyone i have talked to has been ok with it but you mr. cayey... if you wait just a few more days you will be taken care of! otherwise do what you have to do and wait a lot longer and/or not get refunded at all... your choice and not trying to threaten or anything im just saying most people are working with us on the situation. Accidents happen and this was an unfortunate one... please don't be the one who can't forgive and goes beyond necessary actions to settle for your inconvenience. thanks

Hi Greddy, I sure that cayeypro doesnt mean to offend you in any ways. After all, Dom has gave fake promises and scam us all, that's why he's so pissed with him and not you. He obviously has spend all the money we have send and is now waiting for yours to pay us - if he wants to pay us.

So Greddy, as mentioned, can YOU do the refund with the money you are going to pay Dom? I see no reason why Dom wont disagree unless he already doesnt want to pay us again. You can pay him the remainder after clearing us all. That way, you can be sure that all of us will be able to deal with you once our money is back.

For the rest of us who has not received the money, I would say we be patient until Greddy gets the car and of course, if he can refund us directly, it be the best. If not, I would say, we bend together to bring this guy to return our money. I dont care if he bring his father's lawyer, his grandfather's lawyer, his great grandfather's lawyer to counter sue, I have been exremely patient with him and he obviously has took me for granted.

Dom - if you are looking at this, I have already told you that Monday is the deadline for you to give me any evidence that you are refunding my money. So far, you chose to hide yourself. Remember what I have mentioned to you in the PM, if my country's police is informed, they have a judisation with your country so whatever your country's punishment gave you, you will repeat it once more in my country. So if there are other countries who filed the same report against you, well - you do the maths and see the multiples of punishment that awaits you.

well im not sure if i can refund anyone because most people have paypal strikes on his account and if i refund then there will still be strikes on his account and then maybe someone could still say they never got refunded and try to sue him over that when the refund was actually already given... just a thought not sure his thoughts or whatever... i want to do this the easiest way possible! my first goal is to buy car as it is for my personal use... if there are parts already paid for then sure i will hold them till its cleared up however that may happen... i need stuff off the car and want to buy it for me... while im at it i dont mind helping anyone who needs helping, but when people start taking my generosity for granite and demanding i do something then why should i keep trying to help? make sense?....

i am willing to trust him one time like everyone else... worse case for me though is when i get to wilmington i make it a beach vacation instead of coming home with the car i need... but until then i cannot change nothing and if he hasnt come online for whatever reason then i cannot change that either... i will sit here and wait like everyone else... if he responds soon then great if not ... i think its worth waiting, but you do whatever you gotta do and good luck- sry to be so blunt and **** but lots of threatening type stuff towards me for no reason

Hi Greddy, want to share my thoughts on this.

I would suggest all of us who has paid him seek a refund and then buy through you. It will be faster than finding new customers.

I know it is extremely inconvenience to ask of you to refund the money on Dom's behalf especially when he is the cause of all this in the first place. But if you could, I am sure all of us would be extremely gratefull and would keep your help in mind in the future be it when you need help in sales or anything else.

Since Dom's account may be struck offline so there is no way to verify whether he refunded. I suggest that all of us provide the paypal evidence that we have paid to Dom's account. It can be saved and email to you so that you can refund the correct amount. No more, no less.

So please DO NOT PAY Dom at all once you get the car. Because, if he so gracefully put it that he is going to pay us using your money, frankly I TRUST HIM NO MORE. He might just run away again and there will be no end to this.

Please consider my proposal and if you need help to consolidate to pass you the evidence, I would help.

so your proposing i just steal his car? because not paying him at all once i get the car like you said doesnt really sound like anything else but steal the car lol... ? like i said before if i refund anyone and pay him less then how does he get his paypal unlocked with all the strikes on his account? hes not going to go for that... atleast i wouldnt. i would offer that i pay him half of the cost now which would be enough to refund everyone for sure then once everyone has been proved refunded i will pay the other half of the cost of the car... maybe that could be worked out.... and no, ^ you cant have a refund if you didnt buy anything brah!

Okie I understand what you meant. Giving Dom to clear off what he own others and then pay him the remainer after our loans are clear makes sense too. But I just hope that half the amount you are paying him is sufficient to clear ALL our debts.

Guys greddy has told you two or three times that when he picks the car up at the end of the week that you guys will get your refund and you keep ignoring him. I havent been avoiding you guys, i just dont have a computer at my apartment right now because i had to pay my rent and had to put it in the pawn shop for a few days. Im at my girls house on her computer right now and i might be able to get on my next door neighbors computer tomorrow to check on this. Also scoreo dont tell me to answer my pm's when my pm box is actually empty buddy. But yeah the way things are going greddy is picking the car up this weekend and then monday will be refund day. I dont expect to see you guys posting on here every day asking where you refund is when he stated that hes getting the car at the END of the week...and its only wednesday. HES PICKING THE CAR UP THIS WEEKEND...REFUNDS WILL BE SENT ON MONDAY.
