Fact is, no one would be liable other than the individual(s) who inflict the harm. Saying this site would have ANY kind of liability is plain false. I can understand just not wanting to condone any type of negative action, thus keeping the info under wraps, and thats cool, but lets be real here.

You cannot "post" public info on this site, whats so hard to understand. You have plenty of other "PM" methods to get the info to the people who matter. If you post public info here everyone will get involved because they'll think they're important. "Oh well I found this", "Oh well i googled this", it'll turn into a true mess. Keep it private, within the posters who are involved.

I wonder if you'd feel the same, if you later fall victim to a known scammer or poor seller, only to find out that the situation could have been avoided or changed for the better, if not for the paranoia and intervention of some moderators on an internet forum.

im neither paranoid nor worried about the outcome but i dont condone pitchfork wielding.....im sure most of you have known my stance on other issues regarding scammers........i dont like them either and have assisted in eradicating some of them.....i also dont appreciate being called names and expect an apology for that....its rude and uncalled for...if you were involved in being scammed you can feel free to pm blink for the info.....but DO NOT make it public..

Crazy what i can find when i google my own name. I know its been YEARS since all of this took place but would like to get some closure for everyone on this. I first want to appologize for all of the events leading up to...and following the rx8 being sold. Everything i did was completely wrong and i handled it horrible. I was in a bad place mentally at the time as i was only like 19, poor and going from house to house. I would also like to say thanks to the guy that purchased the car for me...even though he didn't follow up on shipping any of the parts as per the agreement of me selling it to him. I've recently spoken to blink via aim and am just trying to clear up some bad karma these days. Lifes made an amazing turn towards success so once again...sorry ladies and gents...if theres anything i can ever do for you guys...just let me know.
