Big time bad experience- Beasley Collision Austin Texas

I already posted this in the "good guy/bad guy" but some of you might not go there so at the risk of this being deleted or whatever I'm posting it here too, my apologies to the mods if this causes issues.

Some of you may remember I had extensive hail damage a few months back, to the tune of 9 grand basically. So not knowing where to take my ride I ended up going to the dealership's body shop and felt pretty ok about leaving my rolling golf ball of a car in their hands to make look new again. I got the car back and it looked amazing (as most cars do when they've had a brand new paint job) and I was pretty happy with them and with how things went down....until recently that is.

After having the car a while I started to notice some things, most notably was the back side window area on the driver's side where they used touch up paint, it looks like they were putting stuff back together and chipped it in the process so rather than fix it right they just used touch up paint. The main reason I brought it back to them was that my hood and trunk were streaked, there were areas where some parts of the paint was applied thcker than other parts and it was very thin in areas. I brought this to their attention (although it was very hard to see at the time due to the sky being overcast) and after much deliberation they took the car back to their shop and kept me waiting for about 15 minutes. They came back and said they would need the car for 3 days and when could I bring it in etc. So from there I arranged to get a rental (arrrrgh, no f-in loaner car to speak of) and dropped it off a few days later. Here's where it starts to get jacked up, when I dropped it off I'm informed I owe 100 bucks from when it was in the shop last time. I then try to get them to explain why and how come and why wasn't I told of this way sooner (like 5months ago for example?!!) and they pretty much ignore me and then proceed to tell me "we just wanted to let you know so when you come back to pick up your car we won't have to keep it from you" etc. I was like "wtf..is this my fault you didn't tell me?" And to threaten me on top of it?!?! for 100 bucks no less, after my total was over 9 grand. So then I start the phone calls to try and figure out what the hell just happened, I talk to Gms from the dealership and from the body shop and so then when I go to pick up the car today they have an itemized list and they're trying to explain it to me and they claim that the 100 bucks was for 2 hours extra on my bumper to fill the holes where my emblem used to be. She points it out to me on the invoice which oddly enough lists everything as "0.0", there is no mention on there of cost, but anyway, I inform her that I was told all that was only going to cost 80 dollars. So we go over the details on the invoices and it turns out that the 80 dollars didn't cover everything and somebody gave me the wrong info. So I point this out to her by saying "So basically nobody ever informed me of the extra 100 bucks, the 80 dollars that was originally discussed did not cover everything, and nobody ever told me that"....she was like "yeah...sorry". So to have the car fixed for something that WAS NOT MY FAULT AT ALL I had to pay 100 bucks, plus 72 dollars for a rental car, plus 20 bucks for gas on the rental car. There was no loaner car, the guys at the shop were ******** to me, and when I confronted them and told them I'm having to pay 200 bucks for something that is not my fault and they did not work with me, they were not courteous at all, and I still can't see how I owe 100 bucks when the invoice has zeros all over the f-in place. The car does look good now, even though nobody came out with me to inspect it prior to driving off, but i will never ever take my car back to those ******** again. I'll buy a paint gun, bondo, an a couple of gallons of touch up next time anything happens as my results will probably be just as good and i won't have to deal with being ripped off and treated like some punk kid. So in closing, #$&* Beasley Collision, stay away from there, they claim customer satisfaction but it's a f-in joke, they're great unless you bring the car back for warranty work, then things will get ugly and they will make up charges so they don't lose money on the warranty work performed. I'm soooo frickin' disappointed, i hope they know they just paid 200 bucks for some really shitty advertising as I'm going to spread this all over the f-in place.
