File a claim with your bank/CC company. They will issue you a credit and open an investigation. They are much bigger and can access information that we can't.

 

basically what will happen is they will give you your money back and then the collection agency will start bombarding my phone with really annoying phone calls wanting there money, or the banks themselves.

Pink Flea the way you were posting it sounded like you were following me around and trust me ive talked to someone regarding all this to see how much trouble I was in.

Seriously patrick, that money that you said you would pay me when i refunded people. Whats so hard about just using it to refund some of these people?

 

maybe you should read back the past 4 pages of this thread where that was discussed and see that it wasnt my job to refund everyone. People can file claims like everyone else and get their money back. I dont need to refund them again because you screwed them over...

 

Instead of asking how much trouble you will be in why dont you just give people back there money? You actually went to a cop and said, " I stole alot of money from people, am I in trouble" and the cop said no, right? As for collection agencies or banks contacting you about the money... Not true. Because it is a personal bank account and you are not a company selling goods then that wont happen.. What will happen is yes, the people who payed from there bank accounts can file a dispute, once it is reviewed and determined they did not recieve there goods they can have there monies returned to them by that bank/ CC company however, that comes out of that companies insurance.. which in turn makes APR's- bank fees rise. ...
Guys, I turned over the information today to a police officer.. I have not given him everyones names etc yet, he is goingt o see what steps he wants to take from here first.

thanks man! ah yes- good stuff... i like how hes saying i ripped him off so much. I guess he assumes since he never refunded anyone like he was supposed to that the money he was supposed to get for doing that should just be his anyways... if he refunds all the people their money, i pay him. "Ripping Off" is more like what he did to everyone here where people pay you for something and they dont get it. Maybe its just me....

 

If I remember right, I believe I bought something from Greddy almost a year ago with no problems at all.

 

I bought a few things from him.. No problemo!

 

If I remember correctly, dom was supposed to be refunding everyone, not greddy. I think that's mentioned somewhere in this thread, maybe at the very beginning? Somewhere along the line a story got changed it seems...
