I am interested to know, if your credit card company or bank gets your money back, does Paypal then put a collection on the person for the missing money? Specifically, since it's a verified account, will that person's credit be affected? If anyone knows what happens, please chime in. Thanks.

I originally dropped the price because he agreed to send parts and to refund a few people and he hasnt. Patrick i really do have a suit against you sweet pea...and a peice of paper that says you owe me moniessss. Refund these people and send abbid his fender bro. Youve been playing buddy buddy with these guys and your screwing them over/screwing me over too.
