Jeez, neither of you owes me a dime and I'm pissed just seeing mainly Dom's attitude towards it all and how long this has been going on!!!!!!
I'm not sure about you, but some of the other posts I've seen don't thrill me where you are concerned.
I still don't know what the deal is between you two either, nor do I care, but there are a lot of people out a lot of money and that sir(or whatever), just ain't funny. I will know step away from the podium.

the deal is i have the car now and am shipping the parts out that people have paid for - i guess trying to help everyone is completely uncalled for, your right.... what was i thinking?!
can someone please explain why im getting bashed on this topic? Is there something im doing wrong why people are concerned about me? Should i just stay out of it and keep the car for myself and tell everyone to forget about getting their money/ part?

So ya, Dom HAS the money for refunding so if there is no success in you guys getting your refunds within a week or so then i will simply not be paying the rest of what i owe him... why give more money to him if hes not holding up his side of the deal just so he can pocket it and leave me with the troubles... NOPE
Worse case i will have to use that money to send the parts out myself but some of the trouble is that the parts people paid for are either not there or have been bought by more than one person.... geez

G3tR3DDY2GR3DDY, let me just say that I've been extremely patient in this entire ordeal. I paid for a set of wheels more than 2 months ago and have not joined in on the dom bashing that has become almost a sport on this forum. I've dealt with dom throughout all this and have tried to get this resolved. Please note that I am owed a nice sum of money and I hope you will help me out by shipping me a set of wheels (with the agreed stipulation that 2 be without curb rash) IF I am not refunded. I can update you on my status. Thank you.

you will definitely have to be refunded through Dom... this thread has been open for some while for the reason of seeing what parts are already paid for and this being the first time you have notified me that you have paid for the wheels makes it a problem that i have already got them sold to someone... update me on the status of your refund sure, and good luck- thanks

I come to know now (thanks to you) that the car has no center console and was not sent to me.

If I don't receive a refund from Dom within a week, could you please refund me the $75.00 and take it out of the rest of the money that you owe Dom for the car. i cant refund everyone and just bypass Dom... thats not how i am trying to work it out- i owe him a lot less than everyones refund total and i dont wanna refund some and not refund others because then everyone would be "why didnt you refund me.?, you refunded him... thats not fair!"

I think greddy made a mistake by coming forward and stating the possibility that he might assist with shipping dom's committed parts or refunding dom's failed sales. Bottom line, greddy paid dom for the car, that deal is between him and dom. Greddy should now sell whatever parts he wants to whoever he wants, and the buyers should all deal with dom through whatever means they feel are appropriate. None of this is greddy's problem. He is a nice guy and probably took on too much by trying to sort through dom's bullshit.
Dom doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed, nor is he able to communicate anything to anyone properly. So Greddy has no way of knowing what parts dom has sold or what payments he has taken. He does not have access to dom's pm's or paypal account.
At the same time, buyers could claim that they made a deal or paid dom and ask greddy to repay them, when in fact they may not have, so that's another reason why greddy shouldn't try to take care of dom's deals. I mean hell, it could be 5 months later and people would still be claiming that dom ripped them off and greddy should give them a refund. It would never end.

As it is, I paid $550 for wheels and TPMS and am waiting. This is my official claim.

The sad thing is that so many normally smart people can so quickly be taken in. The other part is just how amoral this guy Dominic Pirozzolo is. If he truly wanted to do right, he would answer each person one by one, address the issues that he says he now can, and do right. Take a look at his "last post date" and it is from Sept. 29th, his mail box is full, and he seems to have pushed it all off on the poor fellow who is buying the car. I guess the best thing that ca be said, from my side, is that this is the first and only time I have ever witnessed and been victimized by a member of any car forum.

Well then you havent been on many car forums, or internet forums of any sort, then. This sort of thing is commonplace; perhaps not on this large a scale, though. Just go look in the good/bad guy section on rx7club...those posts are all recent, and the postings move down the page pretty rapidly as new ones are posted.
In fact I paid for a 13brew core block 1.5 weeks ago from a seller in NC and havent heard another word about it yet. If it isnt here within a week I will be filing with paypal and branding the user on 7club

So ive talked to Dom a few times and he said he is getting all the addresses from people and refunding but i have no idea where he is on that... im trying to keep things that people have paid for in case i need to give them up, but as i see it i got a good bit of money to make up and cant really do that just shipping out all the parts i paid for... they just keep adding up and almost nothing left on the car to sell...
dominic's number for contact is 910-399-2132 OR 910-448-1051. Good luck to all getting your refunds but if you don't resolve anything with him then file a strike. The steps i see most appropriate to treat everyone equally and fairly is:
1. Try to contact Dom
2. If no refund, file paypal strike, or

4. If successful in refund hope i still have the parts for sell
5. If not, take a hit from Dom's lack of ethics and hope i still have the parts for sell
