* My ex-boss is going to trial for stealing over a million dollars from Cintas (uniform company), and I would be out of a job if all my 119 weekly and 189 bi-weekly customers treated me with the "sleeping with the enemy" idea. He is out and I am still here. And so are my customers, all but one. The one that couldn't separate me from the situation. And I am still explaining myself everyday...and it will fade with my determination to do what is right.
My new boss gave me these words which I hope RR as a company and Brice as an individual could also use.
- Would you be ok with your family knowing what you are doing? How would the public and/or yourself feel if it was published in the newspaper? Does it make you feel good?
if you answer no to any of these 3 questions, sleeping at night is not so easy.
Also, all the stuff about Brice knowing about a stolen car and not doing anything about it, I've lived in Detroit for a while and have thrown many "raves" in chop shops in my day, had neibours that stole, and friends that sold stolen parts. If your not involved don't be involved. +No one likes a snitch. --->That is self preservation.
It's a dogeatdog world out there. don't be lunch/ Sorry Brice but your can is open. Time to feed those that are hungry with the truth.

so again, neither here nor there. brice is race roots so like your ex-boss, brice needs to pay the piper. i only bought a small item (brake pads) from him but wasn't thrilled by the experience and finally wrote him off when he tried to snake a sale from BHR via PM when i was in BHR's thread asking about pricing on an AEM. things just didn't feel right and i felt i needed a shower for even reading the PM.

You should hit up Mazmarts forums as well as Rotaryfx for selling OEM Ignition coils, don't forget RX7store too...
Start a thread about the wires that I use that Charles also uses as well used them in his BHR kit.

Also, the difference coils wise Bice is that mazmart wouldn't package oem coils as an upgrade or go crap in other vendors threads trying to push their misrepresented "upgrades".

ok, so not sure if a lot of you know, i was apart of RR's dyno tune day, and after putting out 280 whatever horsepower an 270 whatever tq i had my concerns of the car an something not being right.. since being fully bolted it should have been making more.
so i took it BACK to scott, RR's supposed tuner guy two weeks later, leave it for two days he says my compression is low in all 4 cyls an what not, whatever. he said he messed with my tune and made it safe to drive till i could do a build and said it wont see higher than 14 psi. i asked if the car will be safe to drive and he ASSURED me it is in NO danger of failure. SO $94 for that and a little pissed i wasted $450 on the initial tune i left.
as far as i know, after the tune i was not the only one with probs, bioevolve or whatever had probs also.
fast forward a month and my motor goes.

Does not the fact that most (or at least many) of us know each other by first name, hang around one another in real life, meet each other at meets/gatherings/events, know the names of one another's spouses and children, and so, on indicate why character, principle, and ethics are important around here?
I don't know how other vendors feel when they are engaging in the daily operations of their businesses but I can tell you this; each and every one of BHR's customers are not just people who buy stuff from us. You are all FAMILY. We talk on the phone about our personal lives. Several of you have offered words of encouragement when things were tough and I was struggling with family/personal issues. Some of you have come to stay at my house.
We all share stories and anecdotes. We fight like cats and dogs, sometimes.
But we always support one another when it gets serious.
Episodes like the one we are all engaged in right now are seminal and pivotal in determining how this forum, as a collective, is going to move forward and whether or not we choose to learn something about the society of the RX8Club website, as a result.
This isn't just the examination of Brice's behavior; it is an examination into who we all are, as a group, and the expectations we hold for one another.
Maybe I take this **** too serious for some of you. I have been known to be a Drama Queen (but when you pay me to work for you, the passions come with it). On the other hand, how can I NOT take all of this this serious when the support and encouragement BHR has received from you guys has allowed me to earn a living in a way that only few are fortunate to do?
I consider myself very lucky to have the job I do and it is only because of this community and the guys on my team that I am able to do so and I appreciate these things every day.
But that is just my perspective.
