So, while i'm not taking sides because i'm not the guy that may chime in and tell his opinion on whether he should stay or man up and go away after apologizing this is something we should keep in mind. It's been, following his words, some time since Scott **** on his plate but he's still not making changes.. Does it take more than a month to simply delete some products?
He's sorry but he's still doing the same thing again... Same conduct that the previous business followed before declaring bankruptcy.
If I were him i'd change my business model to simply reselling branded parts, possibly in another community.

this is the second scandal i've taken the time to read about brice.

i believe he will continue to do what he does lie cheat and steal then publicly apologize when caught. there will always be new rx8 owners that are simply unaware of brices lack of morals. id suggest putting this is the faq's but we all know few read those.

of course there are 1000's of people that had flawless transactions with brice how else would he be able to stay in business? but the fact he lied cheated and stole on more than a few occasions from a very small percentage should be reason to not let him do business on this site anymore.

I go out into the desert for a few days to shoot some durka durka's and everything here falls apart!

I have bought from many vendors here, including Bryce. The first time I was promised parts by a certain time, which came a week later. Using what I knew after the fact, I placed a large order and everything flowed correctly.

I have also placed a few more orders since I have been in Iraq and never felt that I was being scammed by him. All parts have shown up at my home, on time.

As for the Scott issues, that was well before my time so I cannot comment on that. I feel that doing business with people who break the law is bad karma, but everyone is allowed to make mistakes in life....as long as you don't repeat them.

Because you need to separate the two. He defrauded people not me. To my knowledge none of the product I have sold was ever stolen from a former customer of his.

He doesn't even make the product anymore I have outsourced it to another production facility awhile ago.

How did I help him steal? There really is no logic in that statement I didn't start working with him until awhile after that fact his business went under.

With your statement you are making it seem I was working with him before his business went under and I knew it was going to go under which I did not.

As Paul stated you were his enabler.
Since you knew what happened you just helped a known thief that robbed this club of over 100,000$ and then tried to do the same on other boards with crap quality turbo kits that he couldn't design etc. The only difference is that this time he drew your reputation in the quicksands he was already swimming in.
I'm not saying that you're a bad reseller when things go straight forward but it is my personal experience that an "in stock" product can turn out to be a 5 months hassle because of lack of honesty on your side that needs a bad guy thread to be solved.
In both cases there's a lack of honesty and as staticlag pointed out you were also forced to come clean here. Since the mods also unbanned you i don't really think that you'll learn your lesson yet.

never said you were working with him before he went under. didnt say you sold stolen product either, as legal mumbo jumbo would be involved in determining if some of the parts that were paid for to Mazsport(never delivered), then eventually sold by Fluid/RR are technically considered stolen goods

or any of the other related threads that were prominant duing that time, then you knew at least the basics of what had occured. And by enabling him to just step into the darkness and continue working with a new face to show(you/minds eye), you helped him complete his theft.

By working with a man who owes so much to people around here, enabling him to further his own financial goals when he has not even made a statement in the direction of making any amends - says a lot. Like, you are at least accepting of the actions happened, and that like most you are concerned primarily with your own goals. The most basic aspect of the human condition - greed.

If a kid steals from the cookie jar and one day he feels bad about it, he goes and tells his mom and cries, probably all confused trying to understand this conscious thing that makes him feel bad. But in this case, you got caught with your hand in the jar. And mommy has rightfully given you a lil spanking. The question is, are you upset because your *** hurts and you got caught? Or because the spanking made you see things from another perspective and begin to feel remorse for having the role you've had?

I surely believe either one could be the case, but many people here may not take the chance on you crying cause you got caught
