Hmm, I'm not sure which is more embarrassing - my lap time (considering it was only my second go at track driving) or yours (considering how much we've heard about your track experience and car mods, not to mention the STIG shirt)!!! :fawk:

And at least I drove home on Sunday!!!!

check out the assorted Nats celebration threads and you'll get an idea what went on.

One of the best weekends I've ever been to for sheer fun and friendly camraderie.

And of course the Hymee and RM cars were great to see (and hear). The MA turbo car didn't go on the track but it was accompanied by the new MX5 and the lovely Jodie so all in all there was plenty to drool over.

Of course, then I'd have to upgrade the wheels.
Im going to mod my car with in the warranty period......things can alway go back to standard.....if u know what i mean....

Will be going for a test drive in the RM car next week......So will have some answers....
Any questions you guys want me to ask???
I have a long list of my own........lol

Back from my stage show in Sydney.

Thanx Eric for your PM .And all who support honesty , integrity

I have a Top quality kit ,only using the best materials . If it is too cheap , by all means pay more for what you think is better .I have'nt indicated exact prices by the way , only approximates .
I designed the turbo , ( specs / trim )and had it built in Aust .by the best in the biz , using revoloutionary efficient bearings and garrett housings .This turbo is up to 20% more efficient than a garrett roller bearing turbo ...I would have SAVED money using a garret roller
Mazda has $$$$$ spent on R&D on their turbo concept( hundreds of thousands ) .
Information that I have had access to . And with their budget, I am sure the managementTHEY chose is tip top .Having said that , we have made changes to the management making it applicable to my turbo and application

I have endeavoured to harness my own knowledge of rotaries & engineering as well as racking the brain of all experts in this field ,to achieve what is to be the best kit I know how to produce .

The initial idea was to make my own kit for myself . As stated earlier in the piece , I am a semi -retired 31yr old wanting something to do in my spare time .This , to me was an exciting challenge which has seen its fare share of issues ( not all to do with the kit !)

The only reason I entertained the option of selling this KIT , was the abundance of genuine interest for IT ,

So on with the show , once the miles are up on the test car / mule , I will take the next step

Thanx again for all of your overwhelming support

Smile Lots

Dave

Ric Shaw is only 1.6s faster than me, considering I never been to Wakefield and no one teach me that day . He is a racing driver and has suspension and brake mod... he prob has to kill himself LOL

Back to Ciao's tubro.

I still don't know what all these are about... I am prepare to let Ciao R&D further more before making any comment... as he says he is still in the journey. Wait until he blew the engine then you can put this flag Otherwise, please still respect this man for what he is doing to HIS car...

You also are a real sales man.......fantastic.........WHO build this turbo then??????? Someone more advanced in turbomachinery that the engineers at Allied Signal ??!?!?!? Think not.........have you got a patent on the advanced bearing design......since the Garett GT ceramic ball bearings are inferior......... do you eaven know what 20% more efficient means in turbomachinery terms........to be that much more efficient you need a new turbine wheel trim and also a compressor wheel trim........with the correct A/R compressor and turbine housings........you need to be able to calculate the theoretical pressure ratios and flows amongst other things.........and then compare to experimantal values...............have you got a ISO 17025 accredited Calibration Laboratory for Pressure and Gas Flow measuring..................if so, can we have a compressor and turbine map.............. i will not even get into the engine management issue..............

"IF" Caio is full of BS.... then it will all come out in the end.. but for now lets just sit back and see what comes to fruition from his little project.
Any FI project is good right?? it will either show us what to do or what not to do..

Hi all,

this is my first post. Have been very interested in this thread as I have waved the idea of purchasing the 06 STi or a EVO IX to purchase a used RX8 and to then install a turbo kit. I have also had a line of turboed cars.
I more than likely would not of posted at all except the comments from Maxx annoyed me somewhat.
Mate, I have never heard anyone blow there trumpet like you have. I am a mechanical engineer of a multinational; Ive owned a 9 sec car; Dont go there as I know everything bla bla.
You sound like a loud mouth American.
For someone who hasnt even driven the rotormaster car yet you are full of unexplained praises. Why not after you test drive the supercharged RX8 fly up to QLD and test drive the turboed RX8. Then give us your unbiased comments. I might then actually listen to you.
Seriously its costs next to nothing to fly there and for a big wig of a multi national Im sure it wont hurt your piggybank. All you may need to do is ask Dave nicely for the keys.

I THINK should get off this thread cause the amount of crap hes comming up with is quite annoying.Hes got this verry "little man" syndrome thing about him,big words high and mighty powerfull.HEY how about asking "chow" some questions ,instead of telling us a whole lot of junk thats untrue?Like everyone has been saying ,lets wait and see what "ciao"has got to show all of us.The "ciao "kit isnt even finished yet!
I do understand ,theres always someone out there with no life no self esteem that has to try to bring someone else down to their level.I think they call it the" tall poppy syndrome" when someone (or something)stands out and they get pleasure cutting it down!!!
Thats the way society breed's some of us.
You can't change that but I think you can BAN THEM

I also think It would be good to hear how you could help,Imean with all that experience you've got .How about putting it to good use?
ASK A FEW QUESTIONS AND MAYBE YOU COULD HELP WITH THE ANSWERS!!!!
BECAUSE YOU KNOW EVERTHING!!!!
