I tried to tell you, once you get the over the rainbow achievement, you don't need to try anymore, but you insisted.

Interesting...
I'd think TOMORROW would be the day to call in sick due to hang overs!

nvm, just remembered you work at a Middle School. Kids out today, parents calling in 'sick' tomorrow. Sounds about right...

Yeah, I can honestly say, not too proud of having that one on my acheivement list and not having the full 1000 points to blame it on....at this point, only have 800, but a fricken "over the rainbow" achievement in the mix. Yup, had to mute the tv during that entire time.....

It looks good, but a mid-engine car doesn't need a hood w/ more room
And, I still prefer the real M1.

That sheet is a joke.
You pay full price for the gas, then fill out the paperwork to get the $$ difference back. And they DO NOT make it easy to do.

I dont think I have ever seen someone benefit from that 'sales pitch'

We added a new addition to the family, I will go into more detail and post pictures once I straighten out the issues I am having with my account on RX-7 Club. I just sent in a report to the webmaster as to the issue I am having.

TheAbsence, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I went to edit my signature, and ~36 hours later, I can only read posts, not respond to them. I didn't curse or have anything remotely distasteful in my signature. I don't know what the problem is.

Anyways, we bought a 1987 Red Mazda RX-7, GXL. Its a manual with 50,800 original miles on it. We brought it home yesterday, May 5th, and its sitting directly below me in the garage. It was owned by a couple when they bought it new at the age of 50, and now they no longer like climbing in and out of it. They're having their 50th anniversary and plan on buying a new Lexus soon. They used the RX-7 as a weekend car, and only put it into 5th gear on several occasions. Needless to say, this car was quite a find. It has a few imperfections however. The driver side door has a small bump at the very back of the door, as if someone backed the car out of the garage with the door open. On the back left fender, there are several scratches from when it was backed out and scraped against a pillar of bricks. The paint is immaculate and in much better condition than mine. The car is for my brother, who is 13 and 1/2, meaning that hes got two years until he gets his permit to drive. There is a leak in the clutch fluid, the coolant needs to be flushed, and the oil needs to be changed. It needs new tires, springs, and shocks. We have two years to get this in perfect condition before my brother starts driving. However, we would like to start bringing it to your guys' meet on Saturdays, so we aim to get the coolant, oil, and clutch fixed in time for June's meet. We are one excited rotary family. All four members of our family (Mom, Dad, brother, and I) will unite on working on this car to get it into a reliable, running condition. All fixes necessary are quite minor. My brother should be registering on the RX7 and RX8 forums relatively soon. Unfortunately, my car is still at Lucky 7 Racing and will hopefully be done by a week from today. At that time we'll wash both cars, polish and wax my brothers, then take some pictures of the twins. If all goes well, we'll be bringing the twins to the June meet!

Cesar: Need your help again.
After tinkering around with the Treo this weekend, I'm starting to think I really dont' like it. The stylus gets boring.

Any cool / useful Verizon compatible phones out there that I should look at?
Touch screen is a plus, web browsing a must, and it better not be a crackberry.

LG Voyager comes to mind but I don't know a ton about the phone and whether it's just all pretty packaging like the iPhone.

It was in the garage when I got home last night, and I had to study for a midterm I've got today, so I haven't had much time yet to take any pictures. To give you some idea as to how it looks, my brother sent me this picture from his camera phone last night.

I will post more pictures after we polish and wax it this weekend, and much, much more pictures after I get mine back from the shop.
