Just saw it, very good!

 

holy ****, the line for Ironman was CRAZY!!! (I was at Bella Terra in H.B.)
I ended up watching the Forbidden Kingdom with Jet Li and Jackie Chan.

Strange movie. Didn't like it very much. I can best describe it as a weird Kung Fu Fairy Tale. Cheesey story line, some good fight scenes.

 

I went at 2:45 yesterday (Friday) and there was no more than 30 people in the regular sized theater. I guess the high school kids hadn't gotten there in time. I went to the AMC in Ontario Mills.

 

the high school kids were EVERYWHERE.

speaking of toyotas, i saw the new corolla today. and, it didn't look half bad.

 

Wish i had a camera with me but you should have seen the 10 freeway today. Around the fontana area in the east bound lanes were about a caravan of 200+ streetbikers riding somewhere. Pretty crazy sight, even funnier was in the middle of them all was a car LOL sucks to be them.

Thats funny, today I saw 12 police on motorcycles in formation on the 57 freeway. Needless to say there was a huge group of commuters behind them, afraid to pass.

 

Yeah i saw no cops in sight. It was the craziest thing i had ever seen. Shoot i would hate to be in that group because if one person screws up it would just start up a domino effect.

Many people believe Cinco de Mayo literally means 5th of May.
However, if you're fluent in Spanish, and you understand the culture, there is more to that term "Cinco de Mayo".
Cinco = 5th
5th = a unit of measurement, as in, 5th of Tequila
Mayo = May, which is also a verb.
A more accurate and true translation would be
"May we celebrate w/ a 5th of Tequila?"

To which the correct answer is "OLE!!!"

Daily attendance was just collected at my middle school. We typically have about 5-10 absences per day.......today....30. Hmmm, looks like we need to make another school holiday so school districts don't lose money.

I asked about May 1st, since that was the Day of the Immigrant March. We had 19.....maybe we should just make the 1st week of May an entire week......like another spring break.

Tomorrow, new music Tuesday on Rockband. I saw that there was an Angels and Airwaves song, and two others....Anyone interested in another Rock Band Party?....maybe after the meet this month? [edit]---sratch that idea for after the meet.....this weekend is mother's day and I'm sure we all have plans for at least one of the days this weekend...besides the meet. Maybe in June we could arrange a Rock Band Party after a meet.....?

Cesar, couldn't get through Bully.... Maybe another rental down the road sometime.
