245/40 but you could probably do a 265/35 if you roll the fenders

Use this link to help you figure out what kind of offset you want to run. It helped me a lot.

Not enough info (offset). Why shorter tires than stock? Suspension mods? I'd suggest at least 18x9 if you are buying new wheels.

agreed. Why replace the wheels with ones of the same width? The stock 18's are so nice.

Roll all around and remove tabs. Not the look I go for but others have done it

No 255/40 when lowered. All kinds of extra problems.

18x9.75 +25 w/245/40 (huge tires)

We eventually put 265/35 n' it squared up the stance pretty nicely but caused some rubbing issues. You'll need to work on grinding down the bumper tabs and relocating them if you wanna keep that bumper from flapping. It is easily possible if you get the right tire and dial in the suspension and get creative with the camber/toe work.

I already ordered some 245/40s after Jnumerication's words of wisdom. Tirerack had some very sticky-icky OE Mercedes Dunlops in a 255/40 on a closeout. $135 instead of $305.

Yeah - i pulled a rev n' relocated the rear bumper tabs further back along the rear bumper mounting point (a couple of inches away from the oem mounting point/rubbing point). I drilled a new mounting point thats being secured by a beefier grommet and two automotive grade clips on each side.

I'm gonna get mine on and see how far I need to go with everything. Good thing it gets less than 100 miles a week put on it.

18x9.5: Not sure if I should go with +38 or +35?
245/40/18 tire: Is that large enough?
Stock Height.

Those offsets are close enough to not really make a difference. That tire size is okay but with a +35 you can fit a lot more. It may look a little goofy at stock height, though.
