You could do 265/35 and not worry about it? More wheel gap though since they are shorter and the speedo would be off more.

Honestly, people have said they had 9.5 +35 with 265 or 275s and didn't need to roll the fenders but I don't see how. Be prepared for a fender roll in either case.

Hey guys, did some searching but didnt come up with anything, so hopefully this hasnt been answered yet.

18x9.5 +30 Front 18x10.5 +30 Rear
Sitting on KW Variant 3 coilovers.

Looking to go for some pretty aggressive fitment, so ill be deleting all wheel gap, possibly tucking tire.

What I need to know is, what tire specs should I be running and what modifications am I looking at? I figure Ill probably have to roll/pull fenders, but I wanted confirmation.

thanks

Question, I know the 17 inch KOSEI K1 TS will fit, how about the KOSEI K1 6 Spoke? Anyone get that to fit on a Series 1 6 speed?

I searched for KOSEI an K1, and read all the posts, so I did search..

Thanks,

I'm taking a sabbatical from this thread. Someone else feel free to help or make an excel sheet with approved specs (cough Atilla).

What's the lowest offset I can go with 8 inch wheels? I just can't afford anything bigger right now :'(...I was thinking Rota Torque (Can't spend $2000+ on Works)...I want it to be pretty flush without rubbing or having to roll the fenders...And I can't afford to buy new 245 or 255 tires (I have 225/40/18 :[ )...I'll be sitting on Tein S-Tech soon.

EDIT: OH! And will having a lower offset...let's say +35 making the wheel look more sunken in? Some pictures of the Torques they look sucked in and they look great! But others they look flat or like they might stick out a little which I don't like...

Thanks guys!

Hey guys,
Sorry if this has already been answered, I've read around 30 pages of thus thread and I'm pretty sure my size is okay.
I have a set of PF01's in a 18x9 +35 and I'm running a 245/40R18. Stock suspension but planning on either coilovers or maybe mazdaspeed springs and shocks in the spring.
Will this set up fit without rolling the fenders, I might roll them anyway but just wanted to check.
Thanks,
Simon

Looking for winter wheels. These wheels say they fit 5x100 and 5x114. I want to make sure they will, as it looks like they're a dual bolt pattern.

Looking at a set of Koenig 17x7 +35 (Also available in +45)
I'm thinking my best bet for tires will be 215/55-17.

Any thoughts? Better with +35 or +45 offset?

Looking at 5zigen FN01R, 17x8, 25 mm offset with 235/40 17 tires.

Worried about the 25 offset, would be for track tires. Car is lowered 1 inch in front, and half an inch in back (TEIN H Tech).

Thanks,

Never mind,
I got them mounted and there is a lot of space with the oem suspension.

pics of 32mm spacers on rear? I have some available and was wondering if I should get them.
You would need to post more info for a good answer but I'll give you an example of what I would do with those and you can play with it from there.
18x8.75 +35 265/35
Also really depends on your goals for the car the more info you post the easier other people or myself could help you.
If you're goin for that flush look then you should look into suspension first.. just sayin

I'm no expert like J just trying to help searching this thread for the specs you want will benefit you GREATLY. post#7047 page 282

You should be fine.. but I don't know much about break clearance. Do you have just the touring model or do you have sport brakes?

Why so tiny? Winter setup I'm guessing? I'd go with the +35 but like the above Idk about brake clearance so maybe someone else will chime in.

lowest offset I saw for those was 18x8 +35 and those will fit just fine but will not be "flush" but I'm sure some 5mm spacers and 245/40s would make them look pretty good.
Hindsights 20/20 and coming from experience don't cheap out on wheels get exactly what you want the first time, just save.

If by sunken in you mean more concave... yes the lower the offset most times the concavity of the wheel is changed or the lip is extended.

People use the search function in this thread specifically and you can find the aplication you want or close to it. If you can't find something close to it then try at your own risk and post results here so the next person that searches can find it.
