245/35/19 is my recommendation (front and rear)....255/35 might cause some problems.

17x10 what offset?

I just bought an 05 6 speed and it needs tires, so I am looking at new wheels and tires. I want to run a 17x10 with BFG G-Force KDW 275 40s what offset do you recommend and will i need to roll the fender? I am guessing these will fit, but I haven't found much on stock height set ups. Thanks, D.

and no one knows if you need to roll the fenders without an offset. Look for something higher than 40 and lower than 50 for offset.

PS: 275s will make that car SLOWWWWW

I was reading through some of the fitment threads and it seemed like an unpopular size, making mine more unique.

Plus I like big tires and this is my first car, everything else I have owned was lifted and had huge meats, its in my blood. So offset between 40 and 50 and I'm good to go, no obvious clearance problems? Thanks.

No but it's stupid for a stock 8 that isn't autocrossed.

So I know most don't like the idea of 20's, but I spotted these wheels and just drooled at the look. Could they work on our cars?

Not trying to do it really, but just curious if they would fit. They are 20x10.5

Stock = 18x8 et50.

So it would still be really sunk... could add a 15mm spacer and it would look ****. Even with town s-tech springs it clears with minamal rubbing.

Hey Guys !!!

What do you think of : 18x9.5 Offset +20 ... Front and Rear

Is that a common setup or it requires alot of mods,(fender roll/cut) ??
Ill have camber problem ?
And which tires should i use

2005 Rx8 GT -- Tein Coilover 1.2inches drop

I'm in love with the new XXR 530 but it only comes in 18x8.75 +20 and 18x9.75 +20.

I want to go as wide as possible but I'm concerned about fitting the 18x9.75 +20 without issues.

Any ideas?

Yea. How about you post your suspension specs and if you want the wheels outside the fender?
