haha cool picture. The car is probably jacked up in front. I can tuck like half my 19's when the front is off the ground haha. My rear flares touch the ground in that case.

Does camber lower the car ?? For example will a car with -3.0 be lower than a car with -2.0 in the rear ??

Also does getting an alignment affect camber ?? *noob question i know*

not a dumb question at all. In theory it should actually raise a car. Kind of like tilting a rectangle while keeping it on a level axis. BUT, you have to take in account tire pressure and the amount of weight being put on the tire contacting the ground per square unit. So less tire on the ground (more camber) would mean more weight/unit^2 which could cause the tire to squish down a little bit; making up for that difference in height from being tilted.
To be honest, even if it did raise or lower the car, the amount wouldn't be significant at all.
This is just me theorizing on some geometry and physical principles. I could be completely wrong.

and yes, an alignment is how you adjust your camber, caster, and toe.

i ask this because ever since i lowered my car ... the rear is like at least -2.0 camber and the rear wheel gap is a bit less than the front wheel gap. So i was asking if getting an alignment (adjusting camber etc ) will raise the rears at all and make the car a bit more leveled lol.

This has been a big issue I've noticed as well but has not gotten much light shed on.
A lot of tire manufacturers will noticeably vary the size of the tire despite being the same tire size.

Also the sidewall aspect ratio(the middle number) will vary. Not every 40 series tire is the same "height".
Basically the middle number is the percentage of width(1st number) measured from the rim to the tread. Hence a 225/40/18 will be "shorter/smaller" than a 245/40/18.

Now since that is explained, not every 225/40/18(for example) is not going to be the exact same width from manfucturer to manfucturer. Which is likely the issue you ran into atilla if you had been switching different brands of tires.

When I switched from Dunlop 5000Ms to Hankook RS-3s I noticed the issue first hand.

yup...

i used to think azeni's ran pretty big. Just found out first hand that Contisportcompact's run HUGENORMOUS.

They run bigger than my old Hankook Ventus, Falken's n' BFG's. I'm currently considering a drop in sidewall next time to 265/30 :p. Fortunately the sidewalls seem a lil' softer than the azeni's which give it some more play for fitment junkies.

btw, for the record - i think Nexens n' Toyo's run the slimmest sidewalls. Pretty decent on stretching too.

there is no suspension requirements in this thread you are correct, but this is THE AGGRESSIVE FITMENT THREAD

PULLING OFF THE RIGHT FITMENT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN WITH SPRINGS, EVEN IF THEY DID LOWER ENOUGH, WHICH THEY DON'T. THE SPRING RATES ARE SO SOFT YOU WOULD BE RUBBING 24/7 AND THE FENDERS WOULD PROBABLY BE FUBAR.
