lol 09, 200-230 is enough for me :p

I'll make some considerable savings from tire lifespan alone!

Ok, All Oils Filters Misc have arrived.

Only waiting on 2 items,
BHR radiator
FEED gauge pod.
The wait is killing me!

The Gauge pod is confirmed atleast another 21 days...

However on the positive note, i will then have enough savings for a new engine ^^

the fewer components you change at once the easier it will be to trouble shoot when you start her up .. just sayin

well, i just want to do the oil pump, 2nd oil cooler and radiator at same time.

I might not even install the oil pressure by mazmart, we'll see.

Pretty straight forward stuff here.

FYI, open the box for the radiator and make sure it is AT specific. Griffin sent me an MT one by mistake. just talk to CRH and get it sorted out if that happens. he was very helpful. you can tell by looking towards the bottom of the radiator for 2 holes for fittings to screw into. you may not be able to use your stock fittings or hoses. you can just find some that fit and make your own lines though. hopefully you'll find this suggestion helpful.

Ahh thanks for that, hopefully the radiator doesnt come as a manual.... cous that would make my 4 week wait completely futile! In terms of the hoses, i got a 3 piece silicon 4ply radiator hose kit, would that be enough, or is it 6 hoses for the radiator?

you can use normal hoses for the radiator part. you have to get creative for the tranny cooler lines though.

thanks for that nuke, great info.

On the side note, putting my gauges in tomorrow.

I want to monitor my current operating temps.

Then just waiting on Charles to mail me the radiator!
Ordered it on June 2nd, still nothing

Waiting on Charles response's on the update on radiator, seems to be hard to reach him, have tried email/pms.

If anyone know any other way of contacting Charles, mind asking him to email me a quick update on the radiator?

Some quick pics whilst i stood infront of all my stuff, and not able to put it in

Regards
Jason

Call him, but usually he is VERY good with responding.

Maybe he is traveling right now, if so it might take some time to get information.

the actual gauge pod itself was 450 from japanparts landed.

I messed up though and didnt see it was a 60mm gauge pod, so i got my body shop to fabricate a carbon fibre set of rings to go infront to reduce 60mm -> 52mm, then repainted it oem black. which costed me together 100

With the holiday, communicaions with my suppliers is rather stalled. I will have info for you when America gets back to work. Unlike BHR, who all worked over the holiday weekend.

1) Your radiator was the only time that has happened.
2) He won't have to open the box as I will already have done that, since tofu's is an international shipment.

Tranny cooler hose and some clamps from the local parts store will suffice.

Thanks Charles, i had no idea it was holidays in America.

Once again, i apologize if it seemed like i was getting across any wrong messages, was just wondering if anyone was in contact with you, since the possibility of you not receiving my emails/pms through technical difficulties

And thanks for checking when it does arrive Charles, i prob shoot myself if i had to wait another month or so!

Regards
Jason

Just to double verify, i got my gauges installed.

Operating Temps is Preferably within 210F- 100c Range (boiling point)

However is 210+ critical? or is it even higher?

Your radiator should be shipping out today or tomorrow (to me) and I will let you know when I get it, and when I ship it out right away I will send you the tracking info.

I prefer you e-mail me only via "Charles@BlackHaloRacing.com".

230 is when things get critical.

FYI; radiators do not lower the operating temperature. They reduce the time it takes to get from your top temperature to your target temperature. Thermostats control temperature.
