38mm is too small regardless of location
too bad you didn't get the oil-less center. Ct has some nice offerings, a 6065 would have been a better balance imo. A rotary typically needs more turbine flow relative to the compressor. A tial turbine housing is worth every penny too.

I have to throw this out there , seeing as how I am solely using the Cobb and I am admittedly a know nothing newb
From Elliot @ turblown back when I was dealing with that whole fiasco. He was trying to sell me an Adaptronic before he was even finished with that "kit". Nothing against the Adaptronic, just Mr. White:
"I am not surprised you are having issues, those Cobb units are quite frankly extremely hard to tune, and I have only seen one boosted car run 100% correctly. Even on the dyno portion of the Shootout MM's car was having issues with the tune in the higher rpms. It took 12-14 hours of dyno tuning to get that 425rwhp car tuned( only one I have seen 100%). And btw he know has a Haltech, because Steve Kan wasn't able to get the tune perfect with the Cobb either.. I know now why most people can't get above 300rwhp, and its strictly tuning( only an issue with the Cobb)."

VD comparison logs we have done would seem to suggest it's a little optimistic but it's still It's a yery impressive dyno whichever way you look at it .
Congratulations on an awesome result Slash !
What was the boost .. still 15psi ?

Sorry I didn't stay under 374... Seeing it peak @ 17 typically. Can't log boost so hard to tell what the boost curve looks like. Also, no boost controller. I have a suspicion that the AFR spike at the end was due to the MAF pegged at 5V. I've been seeing that pretty consistently in 2'nd and 3'rd. Dyno was in 4'th. MAF is now the current barrier, but I'm happy... For now...
