I have a machined maf flange with a 4" diameter radius, its also vary thin to get the sensor close to center. I have the cad files for it. all I need to get is a 4" peice of tube and weld it on.

I just haven't reached this level yet

at one point I thought about making a bunch of them, but I couldn't get enough interest here.

You were ahead of the game with that one .
But for me , I would rather do a small wiring mod and a maf rescale than go with a 4" tube . I really don't need all the headroom a 4" maf would provide.

yeah, but as a product I figured others my want it that large, and maybe suby guys would want it. its machined in alluminum so that it could maybe be sand-casted later.....

if I do use it I think I will weld it to a 3.75inch tube, that would give more headroom and wouldn't be to much of a hassle to install.

I am still waiting on the pot to come in for the voltage divider. The MAF extension cable did not fit, but it looks like a easy mod. It will just be cutting one wire and tying into a second wire. I'm planning on putting a make and female connector on the cut wire so I can just remove the voltage divider and plug them back togther if it doesn't work.

Either way the MAF has to be rescaled. I'd rather work with a known voltage reduction verses a unknown flow increase. I know the increase can be calculated, but as size increases linearly, flow increases exponentially.

I'm sure I don't have to tell you that any voltage drop across the connector will be a major pia .........................

Touche, well thinking about that, I'll probably make the cut far enough back in the harness that I can solder it and hide it.

I took a ride in slash128 car, its a kick in the pants!!!
3rd gear log shows a solid 376whp on VD cf @ 1.11, 3170 for total weight, Not sure if I was in the car for that log. @13psi.

it is amazing!!!

Thanks for the feedback man which log in particular? You were in the 1.60 log, which I made some VE
changes to. 1.59 was just my 175lb fat @$$ I wish I could log boost. I can only rely on my eyeballs. But I know I've not seen 15psi since I put the BC in.

Good to hear it is going well . guess it's too late in the season for a dyno ?

I'm interested to see the extra loads you are generating with similar boost to what I'm running . Not that i wouldn't expect that .

Not so much that it's too late in the season but more that I am traveling a lot lately. I head to MT next week and back to Seattle the week after. Ugh...

I would like something showing the tach from 2.5k to redline WOT. I think that would show the spool characteristics and how fast it is. Anything else you feel like making would be icing on the cake.

What is your MAF voltage looking like? Still have a bit of room to play?

I'm going to be out of town for the next two weeks. If the weather is still holding out when I get back I will do some video.

With the current BC setting, which seems to be peaking around 13psi, the MAF voltage is at 4.9V. I have room to go back up to 15 psi, but I was uncomfortable seeing MAF voltage of 4.98V and not know what exactly will happen once it crosses 5V...

I'm so upset with you right now. I have RPF1's that I'm sending to get powder coated in Mystic Blue. Should come out just like yours...

18x9 in the front and 10 in the rear. +35. You are correct on the tires.

I was actually planning on having these done black because I don't think they will match phantom blue. But now that I have seen them in person I am curious to see them on the car.

what size tire are you running in the back? They look extra meaty. You're going to need some serious pull back there. Mount 'em up so we can see what it looks like. When I got mine they were plastidipped black. They looked nice. Then I pulled off the plastidip and it just set the car off. Made it look completely different. It also made my wheel gap look worse, so I pulled them off until my coilovers come in
