Today I put the greddy oil pan on today and have the supply line all made up and return most the way done just waiting for the scavange pump. When i had the pan off i did the mazmart oil pressure mod.

Sent the injectors off today to have them cleaned and the p2 modified by KGparts.

My sohn addapter came in so that will be on tomorrows list to do. Still working on cans i like for the 2 cycle, catch can and washer.

Also will be removing the secondary air pump to make room for cans and water/meth tank.

still need to order fuel pump, bhr spacer (may have my helix tapped), a/r guage, heat wrap to protect coolant lines

Still need to complete oil system, fuel, water/meth, weld the last of the aluminum pipe, build scoop for the intercooler, and a few more odds and ends.

Should be close to complete in 2-3 weeks.

injectors are done and on their way back. 336,420,800

I orderd can for the sohn, washer fluid, and catch can.

Finished up all of the aluminum welds unless brackets come up for some stuff.

remounted the intercooler with the new scoop on the underside. installed the charge pipe to the back and mounted it.

mounted the oil lines in place.

removed the air pump to make room for the water meth tank, and cans. made a plate for the header to block it off.

Im so close but yet so far away. the stuff that is left is tedious work. plus ill have to order fittings as i go to set up the plumbing for the wastegate, bov. I have general fittings.

other than that and helping another fourm member with some stuff it is coming along(slow).

very interesting scoop design. It will be interesting to see how well it works and the air temp coming off the cold side.

the scoop is actually 2 inches wide across the width of the core. after 4 inches it slopes back closed in the back. I will be changing bumpers soon to the c west which is all open in the front so there will be flow across the top too. I figure a lot of the cooling will take place under the car through the travel to the front.

i have a remote mount system, kind of hate you for the great job you've done with the piping. i wish i had a pipefitter to do my work not just mechanics. i put my BOV (i have synapse as well) after my intercooler thinking that the closer the BOV is to the throttle plate the more charge air is still in the system.

I didn't see anything in your mod list about coils. I just installed my BHR kit what a difference it makes i want to get on the dyno i would expect no less than 30 hp gain.

i mounted before the intercooler so not to cause turbulance with a blow through set up on the maf. I had quite a few pre turbo mods including coils. I would not set hopes crazy high with coils more just knowing they will last longer. as for the piping i can replicate mine but it would not be cheap as i do not like to cut corners.

Didnt do much as i had my boy for the weekend and spent time making him a parrott for his pirate costume for halloween. turn out pretty good for styrofoam, glue and feathers.

my factory coils had had it i had a dyno done and there were spikes in it indicating very weak spark, so powerful coil upgrade should be pretty decent. I am going to buy injectors can you give me a link or at least sizes you have bought?

The progress on the turbo build is looking great. I will be interesting to see the HP you put down on the dyno and I think youll like the BOV and waste gate setup nicely although the synapse wastegate is load or so everyone tells me when there stuck driving near me

O and that pariot is pretty dope

yeah the people stuck behind me will have to deal with the noise. if the sound is anything like the raw exhaust when the mufflers were off and i moved the car it is going to be pretty damn loud.

When i was looking for a bov and wastegate i never read anything bad about either. The antistall kit is also a nice option for maf cars. Im going to try running without it but it is here if needed.

Im still awaiting a few parts to finish stuff up.

Oh i do have a question. I pulled of the omp to do the sohn adapter today. it still had a bit of oil inside that im letting drain. My issue is the o ring for the pump side is saturated in oil and seems to be too big to set in the grove correctly. any ideas how to go about this? i dont want to put it back together like this and risk pinching the ring and breaking it.

Yea its definately going to be load especialy when on the gas. As for the omp I would go up and get new oil rings otherwise you risk it leaking and it wont cost but a couple of dollars to buy them. An just clean the omp plate real good and carefully assemble. Thats the best option, I had a similar leak from my oil filter pedisatale.

yeah i ordered the o ring from the local dealer today. Figures they dont stock anything. should have it early next week with shipping and the work schedule

and it is a 4an feed with a restricted fitting they only make it in 4 and 3 for the 35r

catch cans came in today for the sohn, washer, and catch can along with prosport wideband and heat wrap for protection on a few coolant lines near exhaust. just waiting for the bhr spacer and i should have everything major

now I have the brackets made up for the cans just need welded. I also made a aluminum tray where the air box tray was to mount the water/Meth pump and tank I may go to a aluminum take for that though.

waiting on a fitting for the bov plumbing, a plug for the bhr spacer, and the omp o ring. after that I should be good to finish this stuff up and hopefully get it on the road before the snow falls

then my carbon mazdaspeed rear came in last night after a 10 months wait. so I'm debating on messing with that or do the front when that comes in fenders, rear, and carbon roof when I get time to make one with the mold I have.

then looking at upgrading to pss9 or tein mono flex with edfc from my dspecs and swift spring. also maybe going to stoptech bbk front and rear . just don't know if its needed as I'm happy with my brake upgrades now.
