About 15000 miles on the low compression rotors now, running about 12 PSI on a daily driver.

tough man--sorry to hear.
Well --maybe a good opportunity to get a better motor?
Cam and Rick E ( and probably others)have a few tricks up their sleeves.
Rotr8---- i really like what you have done. Performance oriented but refined.
One of the best looking 8's i have ever seen. Every one that knows me know that I am not a "kit" man. But what you have done with the front end has changed that, I would install that front clip on mine if i could get one---and hood too. It works so well together.
rotor on dude.

If you do not run a cat--then removed all that air pump stuff and use a blocking plate on the exhaust header to cover the little hole that feeds the air pump thing. You gain a LOT of additional room around the engine. You may have already done this?
Are you SURE the proper connector from the harness is on the proper injector? It is easy to get them crossed up.
It could be a fuel pressure problem--what fuel pressures are you getting? I see you are running the 255 walbro set up. Do you have your oem pump still? It is easy to swap these out and just to check, you may want to reinstall the oem just to see if your pump is causing some problems?
I am wondering about the battery... I'll try something !

when in doubt return to the last good configuration.
the PCM has a voltage compensation for injectors etc. moving your battery to the boot could be screwing with it.
your MAF looks quite messy and doesn't seem to have smooth air flow. when my MAF has looked like this I have had hesitation's and bucking through the rev range. usually as it is too rich. I'd look at the injectors and MAF tune.

But I do not understand what to look on the MAF Tube ?!

I finished and installed my modified vented hood today in preparation for Sunday’s Sebring Road Race. This hood is only for road racing and not intended for everyday use. I placed my temperature sensor just above the engine/back of alternator (see picture) to check for before and after temps. With the oem hood I recorded 167F after a minute of sitting still and 130F rolling at 50 mph. With the modified vented hood I recorded 150F after a minute of sitting still and 115F rolling at 50 mph. Ambient temps were 92-94F with humidity in the 80% and A/C at full blast.
Tomorrow I'm going to place strings on all three vents and check for airflow.
Temps for Sebring on Sunday are expected to be 85F and low humidity. That will be a big plus.
