Wow, not that there isn't a bunch of nonsense in this already too long of a thread but I think this bit of bullshit tops it..... There is a for sale section on the forum... USE IT
ps... and wtf is the tundra of Chicago, if I can drive my lowered turbo'd 8 in Saskatchewan Canada than how do you need a 4x4 to navigate suburbs??

I'm just following directions
The car seems to run fine but I'm still getting the APV stuck open codes and multiple cylinder misfires. I have emailed Kane, hopefully it's because it's not tuned. The BHR kit is new and I have double checked the wires, plugs, etc. The car idles perfectly.

2 possible things (if it isn't the motor and gear moves smoothly)...
1. when the apv valves get ported it throws a code (this makes no sense)
2. your magnet on the apv gear is positioned wrong.

I took the valves off but I marked the positions of each and put them back on the same way. I didn't actually remove the APV motor itself. Hopefully we can fogure it out. You think that has anything to do with the misfires?
you may want to check the switch that is engages when the valve is supposed to open. It may have gotten bent while installation or removal. Happened to me.

If you didn't remove the gear you should be ok for that.
Missfires around 5-6k can be the tune easily
There was a TSB for the APV that replaced the gear.
Remove the motor and you should be able to turn the gear easily. If not you might have to loosen the lower manifold bolts to move it a bit to free up the barrels
