Yeah it was completely blown from the original owner. AMR is upgrading/rebuilding it as we speak.

Okay guys. Sorry my son had his appendix removed today, I was at the hospital all day.Anyway, according to AMR my turbine shaft was pretty bad. They could polish it and rebuild the turbo, replace it with a new shaft and rebuild the turbo, or.......................
They can do this:
- Water Cooled & Oil Cooled CHRA
- BIG TD06H Turbine Shaft
- Upgraded 44lb/min Compressor Wheel
- New Bearings
- New Seals
- Machined Compressor Housing
- Machined Turbo Housing
- Assemble
- Balance Turbo
It's more than I can afford and I am in deep enough already but I decided to just do it. Once the car is done I will just have to get my *** to work and pay off my debts
But it is quite a bit cheaper then the BNR route. I trust these guys at AMR, hopefully this turbo meets my ecpectations.

Yeah I spent more money on the engine for a little extra insurance. I kind of just wanted to try another reputable shop to see what option were available with the Greddy turbo and AMR is as top notch as it gets so even though the prices may be cheaper than BNR, I am not expecting a lesser turbo. I also spent more money on some small details that will hopefully pay off in the long run.

trust me, I'm am more than ready to get my car back. Driving a Focus is depressing as hell. This heat has been unbearable, I need all the help I can get.
AMR said my shaft (turbo shaft) suffered some severe heat damage.

Will do, Mainly I will need help getting the engine maneuvered into the engine bay and mated up to the tranny. I plan on installing the turbo, etc. with the engine out.
44lb will be a nice upgrade -a little more would be ideal - no word from them on what the wheel will be ?
