How did he 'tune' the car? Looks like RB intake/Header/RBExhaust = 210hp.

It looks like Rick Shaw ECU/RB Intake/Hi-flow Cat/RB Exhaust & Headers. Basically everything you can do without going FI.

well.. not really, it depends on what dyno is used and the weather , even the car

210whp with those bolt on's is great , once he sprays his n2o. and adds lt flywheel and gears. i think you're going to see some good low 1/4 times

Well guys went yesterday to check my car out and seems it getting very hard to get any more power out of it.I did not get the car back as he wants more time to play with it.No dyno numbers either as my nitrous solonoid went out I must say that when i did turn the car on it sounded niceeeeee the header gave it the final touch to the exhaust note.It got slightly louder but nothing crazy everyone in the shop loved it.

So it was in fact 210hp on intake\header\catback\Rick Shaw ECU?

Man I was hoping for 225hp at least

Yes i left dissapointed and so were they but they said there not given up yet they want one more day and told me these thing take time and you cant rush so i left it.He also said this unit is new to him thats why it takes a bit of learning.Right now I'm not a happy camper and it goes to show that mazda pretty much did a good job getting the horse power out of the engine.

True, and that's on a stock engine! I still want to see an engine with a 4 BBL intake manifold, or ITBS!

210HP is about the same HP as a S2000 with similar mods

I really think that a 26whp gain is pretty exciting. Wait until you have a chance to drive the car until you make your final judgement about how impressive the gains will be. I have a feeling it will be quite noticable. Espeacilly since you have the Ric Shaw ECU on there. The power gains will be there all the time and will not fluctuate like the stock system.
