anybody have a picture from the stock manihold ??
you could port match the manifold, but you would probably need to add some locating dowels.

yes, but nobody has posted the factory exhaust manifold weight yet
btw guys, stainless in it's pure form is non-magnetic, but it becomes slightly magnetic when worked, like making tubing, welded, etc. so the magnet test is not considered accurate

I hate to say it but grinding out that header like that didn't give you anything. Don't guess on how much something can flow by looking at it. Too many people try that and they never get it right. There is nothing you can do outside of the engine to increase flow in the center port. A dremel is also a terrible tool to use when trying to grind on steel. The sanding wheels are fine for finish work but that's the only useful thing about a Dremel on an engine.

I just so happen to have an exhaust gasket here I'll overlay on a tracing of the actual engine port size so you can see the actual size difference and why not to match it. Leave the header alone.

So, is this header a thumbs up or a thumbs down? Did they say the rise in HP is attributed to the header and not just the tuning alone? I just ordered mine from an SF dealer here. Got it for $250.

cool keep us updated on the install. Are you planning on installing this yourself or at a shop. I would love to come by and check it out. I might purchase this header also, great deal imo.
are you planning on keeping your stock exhaust on with the headers also?
