Prepping the car for upper atmosphere flight?

 

You guys kill me... That wrap is expensive for sure. It added $100 to the cost of the REVi.

 

Too bad that it has zero effectiveness ....

 

lolz - who said I was doing it for effectiveness? - it's eye candy bling man, come on. Call like you see it, wait, you just did. One thing for sure, my temps w/o the ram duct are 5 over the ambient sensor.

Call me crazy, but I have decided to tune my car finally.

I will continue with my E-Tune with Jeff (basically starting over), but I am also making my own ATR Tune using Kane's Baseline, and finally, I will get on Surgeline's four wheel Mustang chassis dyno in Portland for their dyno tune as well. So, you might say that I will have my very own tune shootout at the Nemesis8 Corral...

What were they before the $100 bling attack; 4.99 degrees over?

 

They were 8 over, so for 2 to 3 degrees, yep it was bling.

 

hey now 3 degrees over in the human body and you got a fever!!!!

 

42 degrees below and you got VODKA

 

October 1st my engine is supposed to arrive!!!!

I e-mailed the MM to see if he would like to come to Portland for a dyno tune day at Surgeline. If I get positive feedback from Jeff, then I will start the arrangements.

Anybody interested? When I hear back from Jeff, I will start a new thread with the info.

 

Depends when it is. If I get enough miles on the new build and he has an extra AP for me to purchase then I'm in.
