My first speeding ticket in about 4 years.... $160/2 points in a Geo Prism 46 mph in 25 mph zone... I thought it was a 40 mph zone. Freaking lame. My first ticket in 4 years the week BEFORE I get my turbocharged 8 back.

 

That sux dude. I go to court for my speeding ticket next month. 58 in a 40. You are lucky he didn't clock you at 50. I believe the law is, if you are going double the speed limit, then you automatically lose your license.

 

I'll talk my way out of the points no problem, but its still freaking annoying. It means I'll get probation before judgement which is not a good place to be when you are getting your RX-8 turbocharged. I have a hard enough time going slow in the car now. If it was just a $160 fine and no probation I wouldn't even care.

So you take a metro? I take it that's better than driving? Would this allow me to avoid dropping cash on winter tires? lol I'd rather buy a big(ger) screen when I get there then have to buy winter tires.
