Using my deductive blonde reasoning I have come to the following 2 conclusions:

1.) Hmm being the fact he knows the damn store number (I live in best buy and I dont know the store numbers) I would guess he works with ya or for another best buy

2.) My persian friend has one hell of a stalker keeping tabs on him.

LOL... no i aint no stalker... i used to work for at "The ROck in the computer department. back when Joe was the GM. I am actually a cingular REP now... i parked next to your car on friday and ran into Sean who drives the white RSX. he told me you got a turbo'd rx8 and by chance im running into you here XD! I'm getting my rx8 through farooq who is the current cingular rep at your store (he has a wholesale dealer license) but anyhow nice to meet you . You work with Leo and Elvis right? they're buddies of mines.

Living by myself in howard county is kinda pricy and then have to spend even more on gas its just not cool! Im already getting raped out here with gas at $3.25 a gallon having to fill up only 2-3 times a week!

yo...this is kind of a short notice, but there will be a RX8 meet up in PA on Sunday Sept. 24 (9/24). i plan on going up there...it's less than a 2 hour trip. met a bunch of cool people last year, this year should be even better. i figure some of us can get together and roll up as a pack. gotta rep the MD 8's. anyways, who's down?? it'll be a quick, fun, roadtrip.

Surprisingly its that low o.O!! i hope it goes down some more :] although i will be moving to columbia in 2 weeks...

 

man.. i got pulled over 2.30 this morn.. i was speeding doin 97 in a 55.. stupid cop goin to try and charge me $520 for the ticket.. i was a lil drunk and they made me do the drunk test and have someone pick me up.. but still the ticket is way over priced.. and then they tried to make me pay for the lil lights i have on the hood.. saying i'm driving with Red 'AND' Blue lights... when the hood lights where clearly PURPLE!.. i have a case on my hands.. and that ticket was $50 bucks.. the cop was an A$$.. and he better not show up to court so the charges be dropped.. but wit my luck this year he'll show up..

 

call and try to get it postponed, they usually don't show up the 2nd time

 

Ecxel, hit me up when you move out my way. I am 5 minutes from columbia.

Coke, call the courthouse when you get your court date and change the date ASAP. Use the excuse that you have a vacation out of state thats already planned and PAID for so you need to change the date asap for when you get back. Once they say ok, change the date to like a week and a half later... some oddball *** day like a Tuesday or Wed. Since you got pulled over on a tuesday at 2am, make the court date Wed. (thats your best bet). My assumption is that the cop works the gaveyard shift (10pm - 6am) so he sure as hell aint going to wanna go to court first thing in the morning after a shift on only a few hours of sleep. Oh yeah with that being said, try your HARDEST to get a court time as early as possible. Do everything possible to make sure that the cop does NOT want to come to court. If he still makes it... well that cop has it in for your ***... besides the courts usually are willing to cut a deal when you do go to court anyway.

well i'm goin to see if there is a cop around that same area around the court date time.. i'm pretty sure they wont make it a hot spot for a while now since they caught like 3 people after they caught me.. and the funny thing is.. is that each time they pulled someone over it was right behind my car.. i had to step on the brakes so the speeding car wont hit mine.. but who's to say that his schedule wont change.. and will i need a receipt of my vacation.? if so i'll be askin the forums for receipts that were paid in cash.. :-D..

 

Nah. ive used that excuse before and they never asked me for a receipt.

by the way cokerx7, it'll be all good, is this your first speeding ticket? if so... they might let you off on a PBJ. other than that... just try to postpone the court date.

 

this is like my 4th speeding ticket in my 6yrs of driving.. So the postpone method will be my best bet to try and win this thing

I would have to agree. Besides its going to be atleast 3 months before your court date so relax a little and do what we told you. Oh as a backup have a defence ready incase that cop somehow shows up.

 

i already have a defence.. its pretty valid.. So in the mean time i'll be driving speed limit along with riding my mountain bike when the weather gets better..

 

Just pay it. They dont go easy on you wit alochol in you system. I got pulled over the other day driving down the wrong side of the rode (DONT DRINK AND DRIVE by the way never will do it again) he had me to have someone pick me up. Judge will just say you got off easy from the start.
