I broke into my glovebox by the way, good ole pry bar . Had to take the assembly apart and fix what I broke, but it's perfect now

 

I had the Megans and never had a problem with them. They arent bad at all for the money. AJ now has them.

Nuke are you talking about the meet tomorrow? If so I will be going as well as a couple other 8s. A lot of the St Louis guys seem like they are busy. If youre talking about a different meet let me know. I try to make everything I can within a decent distance.

If anyone is coming out tomorrow I think we will be leaving around 11:30 getting to CoMo around 1 and then washing the cars possibly and hanging out at AJs til the meet starts.

 

Just got down to como. The sticker idea isn't really working because it is alot more money than I thought. There 10$ a piece so maybe we can all pitch in for it.

Also still waiting for the front lip to get here.

Saw some nice cars driving down here, Nissan gtr, 68' camaro etc. Btw I have car wash stuff here if you want to wash the car beforehand.

 

yes talking about the meet tomorrow. Its already an almost 4 hour drive to KC and another hour to CoMo from what i hear.

 

^It will be worth the drive, there are looking to be over 500 cars.

We'll both be representing the winning blues haha.

Adam, be careful talking about Sam's girl. She's underaged... Sam can't find a girl his age, he has no game.

Did some touch up work on the car today and washed and waxed with my new pressure washer. I need to get some new pics up with the drop and spacers, but I haven't had time. I may go scope out a nice spot in the next few days and get them up.

 

I had a lot of fun at the Como meet! Adam you missed the best supra of them all that arrived after you guys left, black with HRE wheels. How was the drive back?

 

Yea, my allergies were killling me and I think Ryans girl wanted to get back plus we went to the lot on the way back. If you saw the bagged VW with the JAK RBT plate right when we got on the highway we caught up to him and his passenger got a ton of rolling shots for me so im glad I left when i did that was nice to get those.

Plus that little drive we went on was nice glad we did that. I will have to say our spring rotary meet was still my favorite of the year.

Thanks Cole. I plan on getting another Rotary one going on towards the fall but theres just so many other meets going on I dont want to squeeze something in.

I'm torn, I can either go to that GCC cruise Saturday, OR I can drive down to Columbia to get that front air dam that is finally delivered. I'm still thinking...

i still haven't even recieved an email saying that they have shipped it, or a tracking number or anything, i'm hoping they just didn't send and email and still shipped it though. it was an ebay purchase from a all positive feedback seller. eyelids are currently being painted and should be done by friday as well. by the way when i bought my air dam, i bid 150 bucks and he took it, so i got my full appearance package for 230 bucks plus like 50 in shipping costs.

Nothing really new with the 8 except I replaced the clip on the center console that snapped off the other day.

 

well i finally came in contact with the ebay seller i bought my air dam from, should be here this friday. they didn't ship it out because it was in "order processing" for over a week. wtf. but both my air dam and my megan drop springs are scheduled to be here on friday. and my eyelids should be painted by tomorrow.

 

Nice dude, I was in the same boat with the air dam. Where did you order your eyelids from?

 

I ordered them from eBay, they are magic r replicas and cost 45 bucks

 

The GCC thing was more of just a small cruise and meet and greet thing. It was fun though. I got some nice compliments on the car and got to follow a sexy FD the whole time.

All of us are getting those eyelids now. Haha.

Thinking about getting a little meet up going on the 16th guys let me know what everyone wants to do.

In other news my car is totally payed off. Feels great. Now time to get a new midpipe in about a month I hope and then we will see whats next. So much I want to do but im trying to be responsible now.
