beat you to it aj, mine is already on the car. took me and my buddy about an hour and half. hardest part is fitting all 6 bolts through the holes, while making sure all 6 stay clipped facing forward. and even with the tape, mine doesn't quite sit flush with the car in a couple spots. and mine was delivered with a small chip that kind of pissed me off, but i would have no proof that i didn't do it so i just didn't even try to complain to the horrible seller

 

I don't see any paint chips on mine, but it does appear to be slightly warped in a spot. I'll have it sit in the sun for a while and maybe get out a heat gun if its necessary.

Now I just need to reinstall the cat for state inspection, then put the RB cat-delete back on again. Looking to order the MM tune as soon as I get the inspection out of the way.

Meh, I struggle with buying appearance mod's for my car. Its pretty enough. Took me 4 years just to get the front air dam lol. Next is tune and BHR ignition later in the year.

 

next on my list is new plugs and coils and wires. after of course installing my megan springs and eyelids.

Anyone have a midpipe they want to get rid of? My cat threw an overheating code last night and I want to get something else in there soon.

 

I saw a mid pipe for sale on Craigslist a few weeks or so ago. Not sure if it's been sold or not. I think the ad was posted near the end of may.

The cat still works. I wanna keep it so I can throw it on for inspection, it will still pass. It has only thrown that code once and I was going pretty hard on it. I had just hit 100 on a back road. lol

 

The cheapest that I know of is the AP midpipe but I recommend spending a bit more for a BHR or RB midpipe.

 

I dont really want to drop 400 dollars on a midpipe for the BHR. Not with my financial situation being where it is.

Next saturady the 16th is the STL Troll Squad cruise which I will be attending if any of you guys join me that would be awesome. Maybe get there at 12:30 or so to hang out before the cruise which leaves at 1. Also after that is The Lot meet which is always a good turnout and a place to hang out. Ill be going to that too im sure but I have to come back to wher I live in between to go to a friends Grad party before I go there.

 

Me and Sam plan on doing the Troll squad cruise too.

 

I will definitely go to that cruise with you all on the 16th but I might want to leave early depending on what the other people there are like.

Edit: Also down to go the lot afterwards. Sam you may need to have those springs preloaded, they should be lower then the Tein's. Still looks good!! Are Cole and Sam's cars having a bromance?lol

 

I didn't preload mine. They have still got quite a bit of dropping to do. And they are Magic R replicas. EVO R is just a replica of Magic R. Here is the best pictures of them to see what they look like.

 

By the way, I haven't heard ANYTHING good about stl troll squad. I'm a little skeptical about them and this cruise.

 

I Washington thinking you were going to get the KEI office reps. I couldn't think of the name last night though. Those look good too though.

The group itself isn't too bad. They are just another group though. Mainly I'm wanting to check out the road since it looks pretty awesome and check out other cars. I already know it will be a little confusing because anything with that many cars is. We can always wait for the others to leave and have our own group in back.

 

Where's the park at after the cruise? I work tip 330 but I'd love to make a Parking lot appearance, finally get to meet all you guys and drool over your 8's ;D. Dream about what my first decent mod might be lol

 

I think the 8's sticking together is a must, waaay in the back preferably. Do you know if any of the guys with 7's are going? In particular is anybody bringing an FD?

 

Only a few people i know with fds and i.doubt they will come to this cruise but there is always a guy with his on the GCC cruises.
