Hmm wonder how the turbo will react with a hymee exhaust. Do you know if Hymee is using it with his supercharger setup?
I'll email Mark (Hymee) to make sure but for testing purposes if I remember he is using a stock 8 so as other aftermarket parts do not influences testing and dyno runs...etc etc...

but I'm sure it sounds great...I'll make sure Mark gets us a sound clip of the Hymee and FI together :D

I've had a couple of mustangs and older camero's rev their engines and take off at stop lights when I'm next to them.. but I just laugh.. and it doesn't bother me.. (probably the fact that the car doesn't sound like a honda w/ the coffee can muffler.)

Those two that stopped at the light, the only thing "riced" was the coffee can muffler.. the paint was peeling on the cars, the door sills were rusting out.. but nothing like a 4+ inch chrome tail pipe, a lot buzzing noise as they reved... and no traction when they slipped the clutch..

Speedrx8er, thanks for the comment on the avatar. I figured that me hugging my car (and it hugging me) would be pretty funny.

truemagellen, I am going to try to be there at the meet on the 22nd.. hopefully I can make it! I definatly want to check out some of the mods you guys have put on your cars.

:D Got part laying all over the dinning room table. Just organizing the nuts & bolts and putting them in a nice labled ziploc bag. So when I put the turbo in. I don't have to look for them while I am under the car.

My only issue with the kit I did not get the install instructions. So I downloaded the instruction on-line which is not really detail.
for example:
Go from point A to point B <-- but it does not give you directions

The part discription does not match with the part number with .

I am thinking about rewritting the install pdf and give it more detail.
It'll slow my install down a bit but it should help other with their DIY install.

:D yup, itching alright!! But to keep from going crazy. I've been reviewing the install direction and taking notes. I haven't really took a good look at the rx8 engine. So maybe you can answer this question.

Are the Oil Pump air Metering hose and the Engine by pass hose from the
oil filler pipe already routed to our stock Air MAS?
